Was EMS Sasuke Mean't to be Equal to BM Naruto or BSM Naruto?

I would like to start of by pointing out how i viewed Naruto And Sasuke after Naruto got SM

1 - Naruto SM and Sasuke MS(Full/Final Susano v2)

3 - Naruto BM and Sasuke EMS (EMS Complete Susano'o v3)

4 - Naruto BSM and Sasuke EMS(Perfect Susano'o )

Now before you get angry or upset hear me out.

SM Naruto and MS Sasuke were in my eyes as strong as a Bijuu, not a Jinchuriki but a Bijuu since we know Jinchuriki or Perfect Jinchuriki i should say are stronger than that or a Bijuu. Naruto KCM however is not stronger than SM Naruto but rather Equal. Why??? you ask while there are certain Points (should i say) that Naruto KCM beats Naruto SM but Also there are Points where Naruto SM beats KCM Naruto. There is no big upgrade to his power or no new big move he learn't. Sure KCM Naruto gained Speed, Chakra Arms and more Chakra but Sage mode Also Had great power ups like Sensing,Increased Strength, Better reaction time, Senjutsu Chakra and Attacks not forgetting his SM Intelligence=D(for some Reason he always acted smart in SM). I think we all can agree that a Senjutsu Rasengan beats a KCM Rasengan just for interest sake.

Sasuke on the other hand never really showed what he can do with Complete Susano'o v3, since he went blind straight after but with feats like reacting to Ay's speed, coming up with a plan to counter his attacks(Enton Combo),Beating Danzo (Plot saved him though sorry), Vs kakashi while being blind shows that sasuke MS could be compered to Naruto SM and KCM.

Naruto BM has had way more panel time to perform and to show of his skills where as Sasuke had to play Itachi's back-up vs Kabuto. Still many people believed that Sasuke needed Perfect Susano to be compared to Naruto BM. Before i go on i would like to show you how Kishi Compared Sasuke and Naruto since Sasuke arrived on the battleground.

Sasuke MS (EMS) and Naruto KCM:

In the first page it shows Sasuke basic Enton combo's that he has done in MS and Naruto KCM seconded strongest attack. In the Second it shows Sasuke With a MS full/final Susano'o using a Enton Arrow while Naruto is using a full powed Massive Rasen-Shuriken.

Firstly Since Naruto is only using Senjutsu Chakra to danage Jubito. It seemed like Kishi decide to give Sasuke Senjutsu through Jugo. For me i looked at it as a comparison Between Naruto BM and Sasuke EMS. if Sasuke used a Full Susano'o Stabilized Form who was equal in height (well not really if we add Kuruma's tails) instead of a Perfect Susano'o or Complete Susano'o shows either that Sasuke thinks that was enough to beat Obito or that he is saving his true power(but then again it can also be plot).

Now don't get me wrong as it stands from my point of view Naruto BM beats Sasuke EMS(Complete Susano'o v3) but they should still be compared like for me i go 51% for Naruto and 49% for Sasuke.

Now before i compere Naruto BSM and Sasuke EMS(Perfect Susano'o) look at this:

From that statement Madara basically comperes a slash from Perfect Susano'o to that of an entire Bijuu. That's a slash from its sword what about its other moves? What about its strongest attack while if you believe BM Naruto's full power bijuudama can beat a slash from Perfect Susano'o and destroy one of the strongest defences in all Naruto you must be asleep at the wheel.

like i said before this thread is not about who would win but rather that Naruto's new BSM and Sasuke's EMS (Perfect Susano'o ) Should be compered to each other but then again maybe we should wait for more feats from both our Hero's

That's true but there is no proof or evidence that states or shows that Naruto will get the other half of Kuruma's chakra but then again anything can happen. If thats the case then you just go back to Madara's comment about Perfect Susano'o Slash being compared to a bijuu. Perfect Susano'o equals 100% Kuruma. if thats the case then its BSM Naruto's Strength vs EMS Sasuke's to see who win's Naruto would win that battle but that's not the point lol.

if raikage was able to dodge amerterasu with his speed then naruto , who dodged raikage speed (Even that time naruto was in KCM) can be able to easily dogde the amerterasu
and if raikage was able to broke madara's susanoo then BM naruto who is more powerful than raikage can be able to destroy the sasuke's susanoo easily and what about naruto's BM clones and what about naruto's TBB
if naruto shoots one TBB at susanoo then every single hair of sasuke's body will be vanish

what about that TBB (even it was created by naruto's clone ) that TBB can erase every thing :-

naruto's bm=sasuke with ems
bsm=senjutsu susano'o
naruto has sage mode on his own but got kurama sealed in him
sasuke has perfect susano'o on his own(besides ems)and needs juugo to give senjutsu

Naruto does have the rest of Kuramas chakra, minato gave it to him I think chapter 648 or 649 then in 650 Minato is shown without his BM cloak.
