- Doton: tracking fang technique(to destroy/immobilize puppet Sasori)
- Doton: Hiding mole+Raikiri(to destroy puppet Sasori)

He can counter Sasori's assault with doton doryuheki or with doton: hiding mole as well. Sasori's arsenal is mostly based on kunais(except with the Sandaime Kazekage) and is puppet mobility dependant and could be defeated sooner

Suiton should also blow some of them away and destabilize Sasori's balance especially when taijutsu isn't his forte.
Not to mention Kamui

With only a def kamui I'm leaning towards sasori. I used to debate sasori vs itachi plenty of times, so I wanna see how/kakashi really defeats him more times then not with only a def kamui.

Due to Kakashis large war arc chakra pool he is able to use several of his other jutsus he has except kamui.
His sharingan is able to see the chakra strings of sasori and he can cut them with raikiri like omoi cut them with a sword.
He can cut the chakra strings of the 3 kazekage too and sasori won't be able to control him, Kakashi blitzes the not moving 3 kazekage puppet.
War arc Kakashis speed,reflexes + sharingan preview and his stamina allowing him to dodge all of sasoris iron sand attacks.
If things are going dangerous for him can hid himself underground to dodge bigger attacks or form a strategy.
His Kage bunhsins will handle the 100 fodder puppets of sasori with dodging and attacking with ration kunai/shurikan blitz and which will cut through the puppets along with their weapons.
There is also beast runner which runs at high speed and is able to dodge attacks itself, it can go for the original body.
Sharingan of Kakashi allows him to detect sasoris heart which will have a special color of chakra, together with his high intelligence he will figure out he has to aim for that weird thing in sasoris body.
Sasori wont see him when he is underground he can use the chaos made by the 100 puppets and his clones to hid underground without sasori noticing (itachi and pain fell for that, i don't see sasori looking through it without any dojutsu)
Kakashis speed is comparable to 6 gate guys speed and he overwhelms sasori in close combat.
The fired poisoned weapons of sasori are either dodged with speed or avoided with dotons like mud wall or hiding underground.
There are many ways of finishing sasori, but i have got no time at the moment.

For aome reason kishi made kakashi way stronger then he should be kakashi is suppose to be no where near as strong as oro and jiraiya but for some reason he was able to beat a wielder of the rinnegan kakashi is jounin level not sannin level and def not kage level
