If this is just out of character and snipe GG, then Kamui is faster than amaterasu. At least faster than Itachi's. Nor Kakashi's clones or Itachi's would spawn before Kamui.
If this is just out of character, then Amaterasu and Kamui would be last resorts and would most likely always hit clones since Kakashi and Itachi are both expert feinters. But what's the point on discussing it in character? Itachi obviously wins all scenarios except maybe the one where he's alive and Susano restricted.

bruh enlighten me on that manga facts about Itachi’s feats. Figuring out CT was very simple. Rinnegan vision was more about Itachi’s ability to hit shurrikens accurately. He has no other feats

Figuring out CT isnt simple. Naruto who was compared to shikamaru in intelligence by choji thought it was a death move. Itachi figured it out after seeing it in an instant. And ofcourse his hype and portrayal counts as further proof. He was stated to be a genius, everyone in the village was envious of, which includes minato who lived in itachi's time. Figuring out shared vision is simple? Jiraiya died figuring it out. Kakashi who is more intelligent than shikamaru, even after getting info from pa frog, had to remember the info to know pain had shared vision. So compared to these guys, yup itachi is the most genius guy, considering kakashi was praised for intelligence and strategy making throughout the war.

You're connecting real world intelligence with anime intelligence. It took so long for konoha to figure out they were revived corpses. Even someone like shikamaru who figured out hidan's jutsu couldnt figure it out instantly. Jiraiya did take a considerable amount of time to figure it out. In anime world, chibaku tensei, isnt easy to figure out, otherwise naruto wouldnt have panicked that much. To us viewers, it was obvious, pain were corpses with fake rinnegan, but for jiraiya, it was such a complex tiddle to crack, like who the hell has six people with rinnegan, a pair of rinnegan itself were considered a myth at that time, still jiraiya couldnt use common sense, since it is anime world logic. Rest of it has to do with battle intelligence and analytical abilities.

Itachi in the other hand is considered a genius. And stop talking about Jiraiya vs Pain. Jiraiya’s dilemma was Pain’s identity. What you’re staying is plain wrong and irrelevant. He could master rasengan in a week which tsunade thought was literally impossible. You do know jutsu mastery is faster if the jutsu learner is more intelligent right? Neji mastered the main branch technique bcuz of his intelligence according to hinata's dad.

Because the same databook said susanoo is a god and then said its chakra. Split those up and you'll get the answer. How is underline gibberish, when edo tensei have infinite chakra but susanoo wasnt maintained infinitely? Clinging onto a databook misconception, since you cant use logic? Edo tensei gives infinite chakra so Susanoo shouldnt have been broken. Since the user can keep giving it more and more chakra.

You can call it simple, but Itachi analyzed CT and formulated a counter faster than Kurama and Hachibi, two intelligent beings that have been around since forever. Itachi also had to analyze where the blind spots were in Nagato's shared vision, that isn't something you just guess and throw shuriken at. Obito stated that Itachi was the only one to figure out his existence before the extermination of the Uchiha clan. Obito also said he would be dead if Itachi knew everything about him. Itachi effectively countered DSM Kabuto and ET, one of the most haxxed jutsu in the manga said to have no weakness. In fact, he was the embodiment of "Every jutsu has a weakness", which only implies that there hasn't been a single instance in battle that he couldn't analyze and figure out a solution. He completely orchestrated his fight against Hebi Sasuke (respectively an intelligent Kage tier) from start to finish, and got rid of Orochimaru's influence on him. Hiruzen said they completely relied on Itachi for everything, and had him spy on the Akatsuki. There's probably more, but you should get the point.

There are two things. Lighting which revitalizes the body and lightning which becomes the armor which can withstand any jutsu. Lighting is the nerve tranmission by activating the body = the energy of the cells. The physical energy. Lightning = raiton armor. As cee said ' A has a reaction of speed of light and it'll increase when he covers himself with raiton shroud.' Lightning was emitting from him when he was beating jugo, which is the result of the lighting inside his body. He covered himself with raiton shroud after Cee statement.
