Lee >>> Neji in speed. The only reason he would lose is Neji knowing how to kaiten. Unfortunately, Hinata doesn't know kaiten so she would lose badly against Lee but this isn't a Lee vs Hinata.

DB 3 is how old? 5 or so years ago? The War Arc Hinata should have considerably better stats than that. And call her pathetic for using the caged bird seal but in a fight to the death, to hell with honor, self-preservation comes first.

As OP didn't mention specifics, it's safe to presume this is a no-holds bard fight. War Arc Hinata is shown in the manga capable of using Hakke Kūshō which is basically a mid-long ranged focused kaiten. One shot and genin Neji will get fodderized without even knowing what hit him but wait, there's more. Even a much younger Hinata, so long as she can use chakra, can fodderize the War Arc Neji by simply activating the caged bird seal. Wank on Neji all you want but it won't change the fact that even a toddler main house hyuuga can fodderize him on a whim.

He got one shotted for protecting Hinata and Naruto, something not even Hinata could have done at that movement.

ridiculous hinta jumped in front oof naruto and then neji did the exct same thing she thought of (jumped in front of her).

Also hinata was able to break pains chakra receivers something i dont remenber anyone else doing(maybe naruto but i remember him pulling them out not shattering them like hinata did). your ignoring a few things such as War arch hinata fighting side by side with war arch neji who i think we can all agree is far superior to part 1 neji, the fact that CE neji had a change of heart and started personally training Hinata so war arch hinata would have years of experience with combating part 2 neji who once again we can agree is superior to part 1 neji, and since she was regularly sparring with part 2 neji im pretty sure she could handle anything part 1 neji could throw at her.

Of you're going by Hinata's early part two stats, (book 3), then she totals at a 21.5, and Neji totals at a 21 as his part one self. Now let's take away the useless factors of this match up.

Genjutsu: Hinata has a half extra point in this, which makes them both 21.

Now let's look at the other stats
Neji and her are tied on taijutsu, which is unimpressive for Hinata against a part one Neji.

Intelligence: I don't know why, but Hinata has the higher score here, but I highly doubt intelligence would play a deciding factor on Hyuga vs. Hyuga.

Strength: Neji has one whole point higher than her

Speed: his part one self has higher speed.

Stamina & hand signs = same score

So over all, including data books, part one Neji still wins.

ahahahahahahaha as opposed to all the CE scans of neji beating CE hinata being used as proof of part 1 neji beating war arch hinata

^^^There is nothing hints she knows how to activate the seal.

aside from the fact the seal was placed by the main branch family and she is a part of the main branch family, and the fact the only person seen using it ws her dad who also trains her, so logic would dictate she knows all bout it, and since the manga never states she cant use it your argument against is no better than his argument for her using it.
