I said that after Madara used Izanagi with his right eye ..... and he went to that cave .... he took out that left eye and brought both of

His original eyes ( They weren't blind as Itachi told sasuke ) after both of his original eyes become Rinnegan .... he took them out

And placed them in Nagato's eyes ..... after that he brought back his left EMS .... and thats might be the reason why he had only

The left eye when Obito was in that cave .

Well during the fight Madara implanted his izanagi to his other eye same as itachi transferring his eye power's to sasuke . So technically he escaped the death however he was mortally wounded badly he needed a will to perform any jutsu so black zetsu played a role here it acted as Madara's will to bring Madara to his consciousness so that he can Bushin jutsu to replace his dead body .

So in his fight with Hashirama, he had two EMS. And used Izanagi to escape... Blinding one EMS forever... But, that blind eye that used to be an EMS still became a Rinnegan? That doesn't make any sense... Am I missing something?

Doesn't matter, he gained Hashirama's DNA, which probably restored the eye.

Actually, maybe that might be the answer, when he awoke the rinnegan, that probably restored his vision in his right eye.
