He couldn't react because KN0 power boost drained all his energy. That clash literally had him done. Neji was standing up barely through sheer willpower nothing more. It's understandable why he didn't react to a surprise attack from underground, plus how could he? His byakugan had been forcefully turned off due to chakra diminish, without Byakugan he couldn't have seen that sneak attack anyway.

Therefore this is a deadly Taijutsu that is suitable to be pass down within the Hyuuga line.

Neji Stamina ass compared to Sasuke lol? In Pt.1 they both had a 2 within the databook.. And then you have to factor in that Neji has better chakra control than Sasuke on that fact that the Hyuga Clan's techniques all revolve around perfect chakra control to utilize.

Sasuke's reserves were much higher than Itachi's because he had Orochimaru's own chakra as well. But Itachi through perfect chakra control was able to outlast Sasuke. So even if Sasuke had superior chakra reserves than Neji, which he doesn't. Neji would still be able to outlast Sasuke.

Neji went against Naruto with a KN0 power boost, and almost outlasted him lol..

Neji can still use the 64 palms, just not to a heightened degree as with the Byakugan. It'd no doubt be a much watered down version because the Byakugan allows Neji's perception to be increased, and increase the amount of successive strikes performed through his heightened perspective with the Byakugan.

Same with Kaiten. The Byakugan gives the user near 360 degrees of vision, Kaiten is merely the exertion of chakra through the user's tenketsu. The Byakugan isn't needed to exert chakra (obviously) because we've seen ninja do it in Naruto before (let me know if you need scans of this). Kaiten being used without the Byakugan merely leaves Neji open from any directions he isn't looking, with the Byakugan his blindspots are covered.

Yea but obviously not to the extent ur pushing , he's still the same skilled hyuga with extraordinary reflexes and skill in taijutsu.

360 degree vision is not needed in a linear cqc 1Vs 1 fight , the byakugan's chakra points vision will be missed but attacks to the heart/lungs/brain and other parts can still be easily targeted by the hyuga's superior tai and striking speed , neji can still utilize a extra chakra layer for defense against punches/kicks since its simply chakra control like jyuken or tree running.
