Pt.1 Sasuke is nothing compared to a Gentle Fist user. Even without the Byakugan @ Nejis disposable.

In Scenario 2 nothing changes honestly, because the Sharingan, and Byakugan balance each other out.

Neji is much more skilled than Sasuke in Taijutsu in Pt.1 Facts. That's his entire damn arsenal.

3T can predict some of neji's strikes no? He has lee's taijutsu style and precog able to track kN0 naruto's linear punches .

Also neji doesn't have kaiten so we don't have any chidori vs kaiten controversy.

Using Lee's Taijutsu skills combined with his own against Neji whose fighting style is literally inefficient without his KKG becoz in your scenario he loses both 360 degree vision and ability to block tenketsu

Lee couldn't beat Neji in Taijutsu which is why he had to learn to open the EIG lol. Even Lee admitted inferiority to the Hyuga clan's genius due to that particular field of expertise Neji has.

Yeah 3T can predict movements, but being able to predict =/= being able to react. We've seen this in the Sasuke vs Lee fight where Lee completely manhandled Sasuke even though Sasuke could predict Lee's moves.

Lee's strength means ntn to neji , strength feats in general are basically useless with neji being able to palm kodo through a tree then proceed to tank a giant spider falling on him no diff followed by tanking numerous forrest busting arrows.
