I'd wager that SRA Neji and CS2 Jirobo would win more times than not given that they're defensively superior compared to the opposition and CM2 Jirobo's physical strength would be extremely dangerous to confront at close-range.

I think team 2 wins high difficulty. Neji mid-high diffs 2 tomoe Sasuke and Neji can also beat Sakon/Ukon with mid difficulty.

Jiroubo could hold his own against Sakon/Ukon but if he gets taken out early, team 1 would win in that case.

What warrants Neji possibly having High diff in dealing with 2T Sasuke? Chidori?

In a 2v2 battle, Chidori is hardly effective and I doubt Sasuke would use it initially in battle considering he's used it as a last resort in all of his battles in Part 1. If anything, Sasuke would get skewered immediately against Neji considering he has no intel on Jyuuken and that would more than likely indicate that Sasuke would engage in CQC which is practically suicide.

Agreed , which is why the 2 earlier mentioned notions of Sasuke soloing Jirobo followed by a second chidori for Neji made no sense especially with Jirobo's abilities.

-Lee needed 5g + untouchable combo in order to avoid getting tagged by Prelims Neji's Jyuken and Sasuke's Taijutsu is identical to Lee's which Neji is all too familiar with so Neji would have no problems reacting to his combat speed well enough to jab him which is all it takes to put Sasuke in critical condition and Neji can do this defensively.

Yeah, how exactly is Sasuke supposed to match unrestricted SRA Neji without CM and with 2T only? Sasuke solos??? Lmfao.

Team 2 mid-diff this at worst.

He gets 3T if he can survive for 5 minutes , do u think he'll live that long? it doesn't really change much since precog would do ntn to help him in CQC against a Neji who isn't restricted and it will end up being the same Chidori Vs Kaiten..

5 minutes? Lol, he gets trashed. So in the 3T VoTE Sasuke vs completely restricted Neji thread you stated that Neji loses with mid-difficulty and then started arguing with KidGamer about further upping how much difficulty Sasuke has with him. So let's assume the consensus was high-end mid-difficulty. Now here, you have 2T Sasuke vs unrestricted Neji, and the only thing he gets here that can kill Neji is base Chidori, which without CM will definitely get repelled by Kaiten, while Neji gets everything. Then comes Sasuke's major disadvantage in speed and reflexes, no precog, while strength is irrelevant since all Neji needs is one hit to end him, which he will definitely land almost immediately seeing as how Sasuke starts with 2T. Even if you gave him 3T, Neji still beats him since he can use all of his abilities. And get this: only Jirobo can use CM... so Sakon can forget about doing anything to him. Can't tell if you overestimated Sasuke or just wanted Neji to own him.

Don't see how this is balanced at all, but whatevs. Team 2 win without a doubt.

Jirobo needed his CM to balance him with Sakon since its 3 Vs 2 and Sakon is the strongest of the 4 meanwhile Sasuke had his boost in stats from his CM2 ritual with Jirobo being the weakest/slowest.

-I do see ur point a bit but wat tweaks could be made for it to be balanced in ur opinion?

What's the basis of base Sakon standing up to CM2 Jirobo? Him being the strongest from all the 4 does not mean he can match Jirobo with the full power of his curse seal, that would put him almost on Kimimaro's level at base, who was clearly distinguished as stronger than all of the Sound 4. You'd have to prove the gap in power between base Sakon and Jirobo is larger than the boost CM2 gives Jirobo to all his stats and abilities, which can't be true.

- Sakon is allowed CM1
- Sasuke starts in 3T, allowed to use CM1 after 5 minutes since I don't see how he's supposed to hurt him. He doesn't have KN0 Naruto's speed to intercept Kaiten during its initial spin, he doesn't have to force it down, he doesn't have any ways of breaching it. With CM1 he can safely enter CQC, though his Chidori piercing Kaiten is iffy. If Neji manages to defend until CM recedes he wins due to Sasuke slowing down, if Chidori does get through he loses.

It was stated by Tenten that Neji's ultimate defense is better than Gaara. Sure one might say that Tenten has no right to make this claim but obviously Kishi wanted to convey this. Also feats haven't confirmed rotation being weaker than Gaara's sand. The sheer density of rotation is greater than Gaara's sand anyway. Chidori could barely breach Gaara's sand so it can't get through rotation.

3T doesn't help Sasuke at all in dealing with Neji's fighting style. Neji's fighting style effectively counters Sasuke's Sharingan.

Both Sakon/ukon have the speed and skill advantage while Jirobo is more powerful and if he pulls out CM2 at the start then they can avoid and likely outlast him but i agree with wat ur saying all the same.

True , easily a more balanced scenario and i fully agree with the rest , tho even if CM1 Chidori manages to breach Kaiten it would likely result in a explosion with Sasuke taking the brunt of the damage while simultaneously losing a chidori and a large amount of his chakra meanwhile Neji avoids getting pierced and can get right back up to resume the battle not to mention Sasuke's dominant arm would suffer a good portion worth of damage from the clash.

-Also CM1 Sasuke would not be able to safely enter CQC with Neji as he needed to use quick diversions and execution to safely do so with Base Naruto and bypass his reactions while Naruto wasn't even trying to fight back at all , didn't have his head in the fight , and was still shown reacting to his Combat speed even after getting tossed around.

Diversions followed by trying to blitz wont help CM1 Sasuke against Neji as it did with Base Naruto due to Byakugan/reflexes and Sasuke's speed isn't nearly fast enough to blitz Neji so if he doesn't try Chidori its a GG for him , meanwhile Kaiten can still protect Neji from getting stabbed even if its breached which is already a iffy scenario.

I Hate when people try to convey ''Kishi's word'' What was Gaara's strongest sand defense at the time his sand shell? or his thin layer of auto sand defense? Then to also add Tenten did not even see Gaara's fight to judge she was out cold when they fought, either way her statement was clearly bias. Chidori could barely breach? what it went clean through his sand dome.

right he bout dumb af.

Sasuke is fast enough to counter and dodge Neji attacks Sasuke's shuriken jutsu and close range slashes neji up and his katon from close range boils the fool. Chidori > Rotation.

But neosmith unrestrict Sasuke how you gone call it vote but put all restrictions on everything he used a VOTE bias ass thread.

Kishimoto conveyed to the readers that Sasuke would need sufficient enough speed in order to react to Lee's attacks in-spite of whatever advantages the Sharingan gives to the reader and the fact of the matter is, Neji's simply far better than Sasuke is in terms of Speed and Taijutsu and Neji's performances seen within the manga certainly support it. Neji's ability to perform rapid-style Taijutsu along with his superior evasive maneuvers seen against Kidoumaru blows Sasuke's own capabilities out of the water.

Given that, Sasuke's speed won't allow himself to compete with Neji at all and Neji has multiple defensive advantages such as emitting chakra through his body if need be and also possesses an offensive advantage in the form of striking the opening points. We're shown that simply defending against techniques in general can be more convenient than simply evading them and Neji mitigates that by striking the opening points which forces Sasuke to dodge the entire time.

We witnessed how impressive Sasuke's Taijutsu capabilities were in Part 1 and P1 Naruto was still capable of defending against Sasuke's taijutsu despite Naruto having abysmal taijutsu. Sasuke's speed boost that he received through the pill the Sound Four gave him won't enhance his taijutsu in any way and certainly wouldn't provide him the speed necessary to compete with Neji.

As for your other suggestions, Chidori penetrating Kaiten is baseless while being able to initiate Katon at close-range is impossible, especially against a speedy combatant such as Neji.

Shutup. Are we really arguing for the Sasuke who lost to lee? VOTE 1 Sasuke > CE2 Sasuke > That Sasuke. Vote 1 Sasuke speed and evasive movements shits on whatever Kidomaru did to Neji he was only dodging hidden projectiles that not impressive what physical speed does Neji have over VOTE Sasuke? Im talking about movement speed VOTE 1 Naruto was dodged read and destroyed with no problem it was child's play for Sasuke, That Naruto is physically faster than Neji. Sasuke dodged KN1 Naruto Shunshin and dodged his initial chakra arm attack that alone shits on Neji striking speed you cannot even hold a candle to it. Rapid style? Stop only rapid movement he has his the trigrams which a jump plus katon counters so its moot.

Overrating him per usual especially against Sasuke who dodged a much faster and stronger oppoent from close range who Shunshin right behind him. Neji emitting chakra from his body is only the body blow which he is not doing in mid combat never have and never did so mentioning it is pointless. What offensive advantage does he have? his striking speed which is moot because he is dodged Sasuke has more than taijutsu on his offense he has Chidori and katon which will ruin Neji. Not even close Sasuke will read Neji like a book and give him that Naruto treatment.

Sasuke's speed boost that he received through the pill the Sound Four gave him won't enhance his taijutsu in any way and certainly wouldn't provide him the speed necessary to compete with Neji.

Naruto was capable of defending Sasuke's Taijutsu? Naruto could not even properly react and was forced into using his 1 tail which movement and striking speed shits on Neji and even then Sasuke could dodge him. The chakra arms is what gave Naruto the edge on him. What are you even talking about with the latter of your post.

As for your other suggestions, Chidori penetrating Kaiten is baseless while being able to initiate Katon at close-range is impossible, especially against a speedy combatant such as Neji.

As for your counter on why Chidori cannot pierce rotation it's baseless Rotation was comparable to Gaara's sand shell defense CE2 Sasuke pierced CE Gaara's strongest defense at the time sand dome which was not even shown so it must have been the latter VOTE 1 Sasuke chidori >> CE2 Sasuke Chidori also whats Rotation best defensive feat? Kunai? Child stop it gets shanked right through. Jumping out then uses katon is possible we've seen Itachi do against Killebee Neji is not a speedy combatant not at least to Sasuke.

I was under the impression that Sasuke's chidori barely got through because Gaara didn't suffer any serious injury whereas we know that if it could pierce through completely, he'd be gravely injured.

Regardless, rotation's immense torque would change the trajectory of Sasuke's arm unless you think Sasuke's running + striking speed is much faster than the speed at which Neji rotates. Nor is Sasuke going to be undamaged after rushing into rotation.
