[Question] village banners?

i'm looking to get a village banner and have a few questions

1. how to get one?

2. does belonging to a village have requirements?

3. can you change villages at some point or is it permanent?

note: i tried using the search bar and came up with nothing, either i'm doing something wrong or it doesn't work :|

Most require you rp (Have a bio to rp) but not really..

3. can you change villages at some point or is it permanent?
you can change anytime you want within 24 hrs (If accepted) if you leave a village and your not in another village within 24hrs you have to wait 1month

2 = Yes, you need to have 50 posts at least, n have an approved bio

3 = Yes, i believe you can but why betray a village aha
