I can't believe alot of people ddnt step in to help a baby girl. But this is a perfect example of "diffuse responsiblity" when a group of people choose to do nothing during an emergency. Everybody is waiting for the next person to step up and take the responsibility of helping but it results in nobody stepping up because everybody is waiting for someone else.
And this just doesn't happen in china it happens everywhere. There was an incident in NY awhile back where a lady was beaten stabbed/shot multiple times and raped twice in the streets and there were around 30 witnesses. The attack took about 3 or so hours and nobody responded early enough to save the woman.

@ Bolded: sad but true. And people who DON'T act like that --> I can simply declare them as greater human beings. There are few I know but I think that's the one line between the human filth and good people.
