It was sad seeing them accelerate then reverse. The passerby are worse to me. Like your eyes aren't that tiny that you can't see a lil Girl in pain.

I kinda know what you mean, Ive heard a story where someone got run over by a van and the driver saw that the person was still alive so the driver reversed back and ran over him again, to kill him because the driver couldnt afford to pay for the medical bills O_O Its eff'd up and sick. God damn, communists.

But yeah, this is sick and an utter disgrace.

I personally have not seen worse but close (very, very, very, very close) and I have known some who have been through worse. You would be surprised how bad people can be. Hell even I was water boarded as a kid. (at that time I did not know what it was called though) Life can be very cruel the main question is how will they turn out after this. :shrug: I was very mean in many of me younger years. Just pure rage.

I didn't see the vid yet but read the article. Honestly I'm not surprised. Things like this happens all the time but this is the worst case I've ever seen.

I can't believe alot of people ddnt step in to help a baby girl. But this is a perfect example of "diffuse responsiblity" when a group of people choose to do nothing during an emergency. Everybody is waiting for the next person to step up and take the responsibility of helping but it results in nobody stepping up because everybody is waiting for someone else.

And this just doesn't happen in china it happens everywhere. There was an incident in NY awhile back where a lady was beaten stabbed/shot multiple times and raped twice in the streets and there were around 30 witnesses. The attack took about 3 or so hours and nobody responded early enough to save the woman.

There's an interesting show called "what would you do" that's based on things like these. It's really good and it's about actors making scenarios in public and seeing if any oft will step up and help. Look it up.

But anyways I feel sorry for that little girl. Idk if I even want to watch this CID.
