Buu was obviously a guy you could see it when he went Kid Buu and Evil Buu but when Freiza powered up he looked like a girl with each power up look

& Freiza is Male to. King Cold Freiza's fathe calls him son. & in the non-cannon movies Cooler Frieza's brother calls him brother
