I mean it's called Wind Return for a reason lol. I don't think you have a choice but to send the attack back.
In the case of hurricane fist, it's the whirlwind itself that s adaptable. Now we move on to the other set of techniques
(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm
So for this one wind chakra is condensed to form a massive demon-like claw that extends from your dominant hand. This claw can not only strike and grab targets, but can also be used to deflect weapons and certain attacks.Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Similar to the one above, except this one is for your legs. Cover your leg with wind chakra and use it to attack your opponent. It's powerful enough to slice through a mechanical puppet, so it should be able to slice through a regular person's body >.>Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user covers their leg with wind chakra and strikes a powerful kick to the opponent. This kick was powerful enough to slice through a mechanical puppet.

I really love this technique. So much you can do with it though I would have liked it to be able to be used as a defensive & supplementary technique as well. From the little ehat I was able to see, it seems Sora releases wind streams from his fingers that swirl together to form a condensed wind in the shape of a claw. If the user were to point it straight like Kakashi does with Raikiri, he could penetrate a real solid defense like earth but considering its only B-Rank, it can't do as much. Based on observation, the user must maintain this technique which is both a good thing and a bad thing. Good for it not losing power but bad because he is vulnerable if not used correctly. I wonder if the user (if he's able to himself or through a clone) would make a bigger impact by adding a fire technique to it to make it more deadly.

This one and the second move listed by you are part of that filler with Shizuka and Naruto. This particular move is impressive as it only appears like she was coating her fist with wind chakra. The after effect though is what shocked me. It was able to cause fissures in the ground, reminding me of Sakura/Tsunade when they punch the ground. This is quite good as you can use it as a feint and then use the after effects to combo with another move especially taijutsu. Overall, it's a nice move and one I'd like to use when fighting CQ.

Same as above. I don't know how it would affect the ground but considering it went through a hard puppet robot, I am guessing a person is a knife cutting through butter. I assume this is enhanced by wind chakra so its deadly at close quarters. Being only at B-Rank though makes me excited to use it especially when I am trying to conserve chakra or going for soemthing quick and deadly. Nice move and one I'll consider using eventually when I get the chance. Not much to say about it other than basically turning your leg into a makeshift sword. If it lands on point its game over.
