Still the only evidence Gérard can be beaten is by ywach taking his power. So if ywach didn't he has shown to be unbeatable. So if they fought and ywach didn't take his power than there's no telling who would win. Imo as Gérard grows stronger, ywach will grow tired, but ywach is his daddy and can just take his power away if must be

What are you talking? Kenpachi would never be able to defeat Ichigo even in his bankai stage. Hitugaya, Rukia and the oters were shocked when they sensed Ichigo Reitsu, before he merged with his hollow powers.
The power scales got very bad near the end. By just logic, Bankai Zaraki should have been WAY stronger than what was shown. With his shikai he bursted a ****ing meteor, and defeated Gremmy (who was the strongest quincy besides the stern litcher). Without his eyepatch and no Shikai his reiatsu was already on bankai level. With Bankai he should have shattered the sky itself. But meh, tite rushed the end.
