well the rules might serve another purpose which i cant say right now do to it being a secret but they also provide a sense of organization and law.

I know but some rules, like the basic ones, still stand.
You cannot simply avoid an attack or use a shadow clone or substitution to avoid it. You mst block it somehow. And others like those^^

But the rules will be for something different. Atleast thats what im planning on. When the thing is done it will be a surprise for nb. I mean if it is done.
