Battle Arena Rules
Each respective player can only use one jutsu at a time plus a supplementary if they wish and must wait for their opponent to make a move until they can unleash another jutsu.
If u punch/kick for ur turn that does 5 damage but for ppl who specialize in taijutsu like tsunade, lee, guy, sakura, etc. it does 10 damage instead without using something like eight inner gates.
Taijutsu users like guy and lee cannot use jutsus but strictly taijutsu so there basic attack goes up to 15 instead of 10.
Medical ninjutsu is counted like an attack and like attacks u can use a suplementary with it.
You can only use one attack and a supplementary if u wish during your turn.
You must give your opponent a chance to defend and not just say that the attack hits.
ATTACKS CANNOT BE AVOIDED BUT CAN BE BLOCKED.
When u use shadow clone jutsu or an element clone it lets you block an opponents C-RANK attack. You must have proof that you previously had made a shadow clone. An opponenent cannot destroy your shadow clone unless you use it to block.
A shadow clones can only block C-RANK jutsus and below. You can only make one shadow clone at a time.
For an uchiha to use sharingan he/she must have chuunin rank.
For an uchiha to use Mangekyou they must have achieved Kage rank.
Only Madara Uchiha can use Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
Using an ultimite mode like Eight Inner Gates, Kyuubi, Curse Mark, etc. each have there own special effects which i will describe here.
All players must choose there player settings b4 a battle and must tell there opponent(s) there settings. To use a mode you must have achieved sannin rank.

- A defensive move can only block a move with equal or lower rank.
- Some only refuce damage.

B-RANK- 40 chakra- Blocks equal/lower rank
A-RANK- 60 chakra- Blocks equal/lower rank
S-RANK- 60 chakra- Reduces half the damage from S-RANK attack

LV1 Summoning- C-RANK - Block a C-RANK attack- 20 chakra. Also damages opponent- 10 damage. Size- Small.
LV2 Summoning- B-RANK - Used to attack an opponent- 40 chakra/40 damage. Size- Normal.
LV3 Summoning- A-RANK - Block a B-RANK/A-RANK attack- 50 chakra. Size- large.
LV4 Summoning- S-RANK - Used to attack an opponent- 70 chakra/100 damage. Size- Chief.

- To use two elements u must have achieved jounin/anbu rank.
- Even if ur an uchiha or have the rin'negan u must have a jounin/anbu rank to use two elements.
- To use three elements u must have Sannin Rank.
- A maximum of 3 elements can be used in a battle.
- If ur pein u must can use all elements.

- YOU MUST FILL OUT YOUR CHARACTER BIO TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS.
- All players must choose their four player settings.
- You must pic ur characters mode like Kyuubi, Curse Mark, etc. or the default one.
- You can pick an extra element that ur character doesnt have except for Rin'negan users and ppl who want yo use both of their elements.
- If u don't have a Kekkei Genkai u must use ur character's chakra type instead.
- If your character doesn't have a chakra type then you can pick your own.
- The custom box allows u to pick one of the following customizations for your character.
- [B][U]Custom choices[/U][/B]
1- Health boost. Increases your health by 5 evry turn unless you have none left.
2- Chakra boost. At the beginning of battle ur chakra is 25% higher than your normal ammount.
- In the rank box fill out ur rank like shown in the beginnning of this post.
- If u have 2 elements u get 4 boxes.
- If u have 3 elements u get 4 boxes.
- If u have two kekkei genkais u get 3 boxes. (No extra element)
- Rin'negan gets 3 boxes. (No extra element)
- If you have two Kekkei Genkais and wanna use both u can have only 3 boxes. (No extra element)
- Otherwise, you can only choose one Kekkai Genkai for a battle.
- It hasnt been confirmed that EMS lets u teleport so if u have EMS and arent Madara Uchiha or yondaime u cant teleport.
- Byakugan users can pick there element.
- All uchihas have the Fire and Wind element and there custom element unlesss they have another kekkei genkai.
- Uchiha Kekkei Genkai has three levels.
- UchihaLV1- Normal sharingan
- UchihaLV2- Mangekyou Sharingan
- UchihaLV3- Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
- If you are a naruto character you cant change your abilities but you can add custom jutsus.
- If your not uchiha and have sharingan you can only have a plain sharingan except for kakashi unless u achieve the following.
- Mangekyou Sharingan- Kage Rank.
- Only Madara Uchiha characters can have EMS becuase it wouldnt be fair if evry1 had a chance to get it.
- Rin'negan users have all five elements.
- Only Pein has six bodies.
- Rokudou sennin can't have six bodies.
- THERE CANNOT BE MADE UP RIN'NEGAN USERS.
- IF U WANNA BE A RIN'NEGAN USER THEN BE THE CHARACTER PEIN WITH ONLY HIS ABILITIES.

[B][U]Sharingan[/U][/B]
- If u activate sharingan then shadow clones, clones, or elemental clones cannot block ur attack.
- To use chidori u must have sharingan activated.
- Sharingan reduces the damage of all of ur opponents attacks by 5.
- Evry turn that sharingan is activated u use 5 chakra.
- The sharingan also allows the user to copy the opponents attack to counter it.

- Once active uses up 5 chakra evry turrn.
- Ur opponent loses 5 chakra evry turn.
- When u make physical contact like punch/kick while byakugan is active ur opponent loses an additional 5 chakra and u gain 5 chakra.
- Punch/kick will have 15 damage while active.

- U can only use ur ultimate move once and can only have one for a battle.
- You do not have to tell ur opponent your ultimate move.
- Once u use ur ultimate move you miss ur next trun.
- All ultimate moves are 40 chakra/80 health.

- It cannot have unique affects that havent been already shown in naruto.
