well since its a weaker version i would consider it a mode but more of a jutsu.

Alright everyone I have decided to come to terms with Madara's rules because we compromised on my character and I now agree with the rules......(we are still currently working on my eyes but we will have a decision eventually)

but all in all the rules are

Why? Summons take a LOT of chakra to preform depending on the level of summon. If you want to waste that much chakra, you are going to limit the number of attacks you can use anyways. It's not really a good practice to use a bunch of summons.

Well, no.. you can only do one of each level a match (that's already in the rules) but you can do up to all four levels.. but I don't see a point as it can be very costly..

The rule says:

SUMONING
LV1 Summoning- Used to find a hidden opponent and cxauses 10 damge or block a B-RANK attack/20 chakra
LV2 Summoning- Used to atack an opponent/60 damage/50 chakra
LV3 Summoning- Can be summoned to block a A-RANK attack or reduce the damage of an S-RANK by half/100 chakra
LV4 Summoning- Can be summoned to take the damage and attack for you/200 chakra to use/lasts 5 turns/attack-25 damage/takes damage for you/maximum of 150 damage
- Each of these summonings can only be used once in a battle.

summonig is only a c-rank jutsu and you can check any naruot site for that info.Summonig gamabunta or Manda is a A rank jutsu note again ref to any other naruto site or wikipedia or an offical naruot book.Creation Rebirth can only be done once look what it did to tsunade when she used it and fyi she had to use the secrect seal release.These are both s-rank jutsu.ref the sanin three way match so you can see the diffrence in those two jutsu tsunade was near dead and it healed here completely but she turned old for a second meaning it takes a lotta chakra to use.Kabutos only heals for so long since he was still hurt by the rasengan.

You being above sanin level could work out 4 elements. You get 3 elements because your above sanin and (don't forget) you get the "Extra Element" in your player settings.

- You can pick an extra element that ur character doesnt have except for Rin'negan users.

come on guys naruot summons those to lil frogs together and then summoned gamabunta lets keep the rules a close to the anime/manga as possible.

I like the summonings the way they are, except I think the Lv1 Summoning should have no restriction on the number of times you can do it since it doesn't really do much in relation to the others.

Summonoing should not be limited since Pein summons 4 summons in one battle it should depend on the users amount of summonings and there chakra.How can I use my jutsu i its limited or how can naruot summon his frogs or j-man or orochimaru?I see limiting certain jutsu but come summonings that only a c-rank with the chakra cost varying on the size of the summon the levels dont even say a size for the levels and sennin modes chakra is way to high plus all the attacks cost to much and have to much damage.What about kyubi chakra,one tails to tails,three tails and then four weres the guide to that?your gonna have a whole lotta people using kyubi for who rank only as genin come on I`m wokring my butt of ranking and adding jutsu and these are the rules? there not well thought out or well descriptioned.Only madar realy know what the levels are hes gotta write the rule so everyone can understand them We may have menatly challenged members who are a bit slow how can they understand the rules if regular people cant?The rules must cater to the whole of naruto and the real life population.

first of all genin cant do kyuubi!
I wrote that the first time i posted the thing up!

Its not like i can remember evrything at one timw while writing this!

and j-man has high chakra while in that mode because his attacks do more damage while in that state so he needs a downside. The summonings, the higer level is the bigger size. Gamabunta is lv4. That frog that j-man summoned when oro invaded is LV3. The frog that j-man sumoned to protect naruto when kisame attacked naruto in that hotel place is LV2 and those little frogs are LV1. The jyuubi chakra stays at one lv because making it more exact would just be too confusing. And i did thik a lot about these rules ok?
And i tihnk i made them pretty exact because ur the only one who seemes to have complained so far and like i sad a million times this is only the first draft. Not the final rules.
