Kotaro Fuma was very excited. He couldnt hold back the grin that stretched across his face. this was something that he looked forward to for months at a time. He has heard of the Uchiha that went by the name of Natsu. He could barely keep himself still after seeing him in front of himself.

Hopefully this will be a battle that i will remember for as long as i live in this world.

Kotaro stated these words filled with anticipation, before dashing towards Natsu. As Kotaro Advanced towards Natsu he threw 3 shuriken simultaneously that fanned out equally towards the ground before Natsu. Upon impacting the ground they would explode causing great damage to Natsu.

To finish the job Kotaro as he would grip the kodachi he would channel lightning through it before slashing Natsu's Jugular vein and passing Natsu to make sure that Natsu would bleed out and die making sure that Kotaro's victory was immediately not underestimating the enemy for a moment.

Here they were again, Natsu and Kotaro. It hadn't been too long since their last spar in the dojo, but Natsu had shown he wasn't one to be messed with. Though it seemed that both of Kotaro's legs had healed fine from their last fight, to the point he even looked stronger than before. Natsu was excited to test the limits of his opponent. Stood in the open field, the light breeze blowing his long hair and cloak, Natsu stood ready for battle. He bowed his head in acknowledgement to his opponent before they began and stood with a small grin on his face, unable to hide his excitement. As he was smiling it seemed Kotaro was eager to start also as he threw the three shuriken towards him, with one fluid motion, Natsu drew his biscento from his back slamming the blunt end into the ground releasing his chakra through it. In doing so, a gust of wind is released all around Natsu pushing the shuriken away and the blast as they detonate. He doesn't add enough chakra to push Kotaro way as he was eager to get up close and personal.

I'll give you a fight that's definately worth remembering old friend...

As Natsu said this Kotaro dashed towards him with impressive speed, reaching Natsu in a short amount of time, as he went to slash at Natsu's neck, he smiled and held up his bisento with both hands to block it. The blade would hit the staff between his right and left hand, his bisento vertical in the air, Natsu's right hand at the top and left hand at the bottom. As he blocks the blade he releases his chakra through it using another ability of his staff, which gives him the ability to negate 1 A rank lightning jutsu through conducting it into the staff, taking in the raiton from Kotaro's blade as the blow is blocked. Natsu wastes no time in countering, as he blocks the blade and negates the lightning, he pushes his left hand forwards and upwards on the bottom of the staff causing the blunt end to rise and hit Kotaro directly in the center of his chin, while the rest of the staff pushes his sword away. It had been a while since Natsu had used his Biscento but he felt it was an extension of himself.

Come on buddy, i know you can do better than that...

(Tenbun Bisento) - Destiny Bisento

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

Kotaro slid his feet across the ground left foot leading shoulder width from each other with his left palm extended to Natsu while his right fist tucked behind his Side. This was his stance for Hand to hand combat. It should be familiar to the Uchiha since he's seen it before.
Kotaro rushed to Natsu. Once positioned before Natsu, Kotaro in one fluid movement, Kotaro Pressed against the ground to gain proper footing while releasing a High left straight open palm to Natsu's nose. With the strength from the linear momentum and the extension from his shoulder and elbow it should have the strength to properly break Natsu's nose.

While Natsu was momentarily disoriented from the strike, Kotaro immediately followed with a chakra charge High right Hook punch to Natsu's left jaw. With the strength of the hook punch coming from the twist of his torso and the angle of the elbow to the blunt impact of the closed fist to the jaw plus the chakra charge it would put Natsu in a tailspin in mid air.

As Natsu was in the Tailspin, Kotaro used his left hand to grap Natsu by his ankle and swung him overhead before slamming him against the ground. Kotaro then stood there as Natsu laid on the ground. The short combo took maybe just a couple of seconds to perform but a lot happened.

Maybe I overdid it a bit, huh?

As he does this he steps around to his right, Kotaro's left, stepping forwards and to the side with his right foot coming to the outside of his body. As he does this he brings the end of his staff, the blunt end, around pushing his right arm forwards, hitting kotaro with his Biscento in the shoulder knocking him forwards, using his own momentum against him. Natsu takes another step around so he is directly behind kotaro, about 2m away from him, again in the same position as before his his bisento horizontally across his body ready for the next strike.

You seem a bit sluggish this time... what wrong pal... i thought you'd been off training

In reply to Natsu's strike with his staff, Kotaro quickly dips low to the ground while performing a low hook sweep kick to Natsu's right leg with enough force to sweep his right leg off the ground to unbalance him, therefore, defending and countering all in one fluid movement.

As Natsu swung the blunt end of his staff around having parried kotaro's movements, Kotaro drops down and performs a sweeping motion with his leg to take Natsu's right leg from under him. A smirk crosses Natsu's face, his friend was finally stepping up his game. As his right leg is swept up, Natsu goes with his momentum, rolling in the air turning so his left side is facing the ground as he stabs his sharp end of his biscento into the ground using it's length for support. At this point Kotaro would be rising with his left palm strike, but, Natsu's legs would be on the outside of his strike. He uses the momentum of his turn in the air to swing his right leg around to kick Kotato in the side of the head. The length of his leg allows him to hit Kotaro before he can hit Natsu and it being on the outside of his left striking arm leaves him next to no maneuverability to counter. The kick would hit Kotaro in the left side of the face sending him rolling along the ground as Natsu lands where Kotaro was pulling his weapon out of the ground:

Oh, so you think you're punny? I've been kicked from you before and i could tell that you were holding back with that kick. Let's turn up the heat, shall we?

With the molding of swift chakra and weaving of the boar handseal, Kotaro makes a simple forward step to position himself Natsu! From there with while he focuses wind chakra to his right leg, Kotaro delivers a High right roundhouse kick to Natsu's left side of his neck. With the kick hitting the side of his face it would send him a few meters before he quickly popped back to his feet, recovering from the kick with his attention to Natsu. With his index finger he scratches the area where he was hit. He smirk at Natsu!

From there with while he focuses wind chakra to his right leg, Kotaro delivers a High right roundhouse kick to Natsu's left side of his neck. His black cloak flowing in the wind as he waits for his friends assault. In that moment he sees the single handseal and Kotaro disappears in a weird motion, which at Natsu's current state, he was unable to track but he could feel. In that instant he felt Kotaro's body there infront of him. This was bad so he did the only thing that could be seen as natural to an Uchiha, embrace his bloodline trait, his pupils spiraled instantly flowing into the 3 tomoe sharingan, glowing red like the most intense flame. In that moment Kotaro's movements seemed to slow down. He appeared infront of natsu and was still moving at the same high speeds but thanks to Natsu's sharingan he was able to track the kick as he spun around. He would of tried to out right block it as was his way, but being a battle veteran he knew better as he saw the wind chakra surrounding the leg, which was never good. As the kick comes at him their is only one direction to go, so he leans backwards with his body weight falling down so his body goes horizonal so the kick passes overhead with a 1ft gap between Natsu's body and the kick, but this was all one motion with Natsu's counter. Him leaning back was actually him gaining the momentum for what can only be called a bycicle kick. He leans back and draws up his left leg doing a upwards kick to your back as your kick goes overhead. The full motion is a cross between a low back flip with a vertical kick with Natsu's left leg hitting you where you're blind from behind.

As Natsu does his kick he forever watches every movement of Kotaro's with his sharingan, and with precision timing, he times it that just as his kick is about to land he releases a surge of fire around his left leg from the knee down, coating it with his fire element. This being his afinity and personal style comes with ease to him and allows him to have full control over his timing to create the perfect strike without too much warning. The kick would land on the lower left side of your back as you're in the air as the fire errupts in an explosive manor sending you flying over Natsu pretty much pushing you on behind him. As this happens Natsu finishes his motion of a backflip with a twist in the air spinning his body to face the direction he'd just sent you flying. He stands up straight with a sneer coming from him as he begins to get fired up.

As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. He sees the influx of your chakra as you create those fast movements once again, he has fought gates users before and the chakra surge is different from then. He figured it must be a secret training you must have learned, not that it bothered him, it only made things more interesting. With his sharingan he could easily percieve and track your movements as though you were moving like a normal man which left him feeling above you, but at the same time he had respect for the way you tried. He perceived you going to grab his leg as he moved into his backflip, so he waits until you're about to grab him, and rather than cover his leg in fire, he focusses the fire into the soul of his feet, and releases a stream of fire from his foot, pushing him backwards instantly, out of reach of your hand, the stream of fire engulding your hand and lower arm burning it to the extent you wouldn't be able to use it leaving you in intense pain as Natsu slides to a stop 5m away from you with a grin on his face.

For a shinobi focused on speed, are you sure you're as fast as you think you are? xd

As Kotaro was reaching for the opponent's leg with his hand his chakra sensing alerted him of a change of some sort. he could still tell the nature of the chakra which was fire but the chakra was being focused to the sole of his foot. Kotaro uses a technique similar to this one with wind nature, which allowed him to deduct that the opponent was going to release a blast of fire chakra from his foot. In such a short time he wouldnt be able to weave a handseal but molding chakra was still a possibility. To properly defend his hand he with just the molding his doton chakra to that hand he was able to coat his arm with earth while backstepping to protect himself from injury. the earth immediately peels off Kotaro's arm once affected by the fire.

Kotaro then takes the initial fighting stance while at the same time releasing the first two Inner gates, the Gate of opening and the gate of Healing before dashing to before the opponent with the forward foot he pressed down on the ground to fight the linear momentum from his dash while with his rear foot he performs a high rising knee to the opponent's chin. As Kotaro brings down his Knee he using his other foot to perform a mid left snap kick to the opponent's right kidney followed by a high right hook kick to the opponent's right temple sending him to Kotaro's right skipping off the ground.

The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. The user opens the gates in sequence, up to the desired gate to achieve its effects. Opening the gates is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired gate. EIG Masters can do so easily and in a passive way (not spending a move). When one opens up to a given EIG, that opening lasts 4 turns. Opening additional gates upon the last turn of the active opening adds 2 turns. However, there is an exception. Opening the last and 8th gate can only be done for 2 turns, even if the user opens it immediately.
(Kaimon) - The Gate of Opening: The user activates The Gate of Opening or First Gate, which is located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles so 100% of their strength can be used whereas normally, a person can only use 20% of their muscles' strength to keep them from disintegrating. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus. This gate adds +5 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 1.5x faster. User suffers -5 damage.
(Kyūmon) - The Gate of Healing: The user activates the Gate of Healing or 2nd Gate (also named Rest Gate) which is located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. This gate adds +10 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2x faster. User suffers -10 damage.
(Seimon) - The Gate of Life: The user activates the Gate of Life or 3rd Gate which is located in the Spinal cord. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. Allows the user to use Hidden Lotus. This gate adds +15 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2.5x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Shōmon) - The Gate of Pain: The user activates the Gate of Pain or 4th Gate (also named Wound Gate) which is located in the Spinal cord, lower than the Seimon. Increases the user's strength and speed. May cause muscle tissue to begin to tear on use. This gate adds +20 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Tomon) - The Gate of Limit: The user activates the Gate of Limit or 5th gate, which is located in the abdomen. Increases the user's speed and power. This gate adds +30 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3.5x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Keimon) - Gate of View: The user activates the Gate of View or 6th Gate, located in the stomach. Increases the user's speed and power. Opening of this gate releases such enormous amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. This gate adds +40 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 4x faster. User suffers -25 damage.
(Kyōmon) - The Gate of Wonder: The user activates the Gate of Wonder or 7th Gate which is located below the stomach. Those who open this gate will pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. However, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds after exiting this gate, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger without great strain on the user's chakra. This gate adds +60 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 7x faster. User suffers -40 damage.
(Shimon) - The Gate of Death: The user activates the Gate of Death or 8th Gate, located at the heart, requiring the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it, enabling the user to achieve what is described as The Eight Gates Released Formation" (Hachimon Tonkō no Jin). Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. Unfortunately, the side effect of opening this gate is that it comes at the expense of the user's life, causing the user to crumble to ash, having virtually cooked themselves from the inside-out. This is unlike opening the other gates, which simply injure or damage the body. This gate adds +120 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 8x faster.
Note: The EIG users can only open the gates once per fight, meaning that if he allows the EIG opening to time out, he cannot open the EIGs again during the match. EIG Masters can open EIGs twice per battle if the first use is only up to 6th gate.
Note: Up to 3rd Gate, the damage is neglitable for both EIG Users and EIG Masters, feeling only pain and lack of stamina. However, for openings above that, EIG Masters don't suffer damage from opening up to 6th Gate but EIG users will feel severe pain and damage after the EIG opening times out, being left unable to move correctly for 2 turns and unable to mold chakra above B-rank in the next turn. As Kotaro was reaching for the opponent's leg with his hand his chakra sensing alerted him of a change of some sort. he could still tell the nature of the chakra which was fire but the chakra was being focused to the sole of his foot. Kotaro uses a technique similar to this one with wind nature, which allowed him to deduct that the opponent was going to release a blast of fire chakra from his foot. In such a short time he wouldnt be able to weave a handseal but molding chakra was still a possibility. To properly defend his hand he with just the molding his doton chakra to that hand he was able to coat his arm with earth while backstepping to protect himself from injury. the earth immediately peels off Kotaro's arm once affected by the fire.

Kotaro then takes the initial fighting stance while at the same time releasing the first two Inner gates, the Gate of opening and the gate of Healing before dashing to before the opponent with the forward foot he pressed down on the ground to fight the linear momentum from his dash while with his rear foot he performs a high rising knee to the opponent's chin. As Kotaro brings down his Knee he using his other foot to perform a mid left snap kick to the opponent's right kidney followed by a high right hook kick to the opponent's right temple sending him to Kotaro's right skipping off the ground.

Natsu stood read and he pushed himself back with his fire, with his sharingan he could see his opponent protect his arm quickly, his reactions were impressive really, but that's what made this so fun. There was nothing to hold either of them back right now, it would be all fun. Then Natsu's interest was really peaked, he could see the surge of chakra with his sharingan, a familiar one he hadn't seen in years, one he associated with the Eight Inner Gates. A powerful yet risky style, focibly releasing your chakra through your body for more speed and power, yet with great risks. It seemed Kotaro was determined not to lose this one. Unfortunately for him, Natsu wasn't going to lose either. With that Natsu had to focus, his three tomoe sharingan focussed on his opponents every move, he shot forwards twice as fast as he was before, though he was extremely fast, Natsu's tracking was still above Kotaro's. Natsu had to time this perfectly, and being an Uchiha it was his speciality.

As Kotaro shot forwards with such speed and momentum, Natsu waited until the very last second, just as the knee was about to smash into his face, he released his chakra into his feet in an instant burst to move him around to his left (kotaro's right) instantly avoiding the strike, but as he does he draws a kunai holding the blade horizontally at his head height, so that the blade his level with Kotaro's knee. The way this works is Natsu holds his blade in place and Kotaro continues forwards as the blade slices through the top half of Kotaro's leg from his knee to his hip as his momentum carries him forwards, tearing at his leg, with Natsu on the outside of his body and his last minute instant movement, timing made for a deadly yet simple strike. The kunai would be held in Natsu's left hand in a reverse grip and as it then cuts through his opponents leg his would jump back 5m to give himself more space to counter. His opponent left unable to use his right leg and losing blood quickly.

It seems some things just don't change, even now you're rushing in head on, not thinking about the concequences, that's what cost you your legs the last time we fought

With strength from the thrust of the shoulder the extra power given from the other arm and the blunt impact of the strike to the temple, Natsu would be momentarily be disoriented.

The user opens the gates in sequence, up to the desired gate to achieve its effects. Opening the gates is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired gate. EIG Masters can do so easily and in a passive way (not spending a move). When one opens up to a given EIG, that opening lasts 4 turns. Opening additional gates upon the last turn of the active opening adds 2 turns. However, there is an exception. Opening the last and 8th gate can only be done for 2 turns, even if the user opens it immediately.
(Kaimon) - The Gate of Opening: The user activates The Gate of Opening or First Gate, which is located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles so 100% of their strength can be used whereas normally, a person can only use 20% of their muscles' strength to keep them from disintegrating. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus. This gate adds +5 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 1.5x faster. User suffers -5 damage.
(Kyūmon) - The Gate of Healing: The user activates the Gate of Healing or 2nd Gate (also named Rest Gate) which is located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. This gate adds +10 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2x faster. User suffers -10 damage.
(Seimon) - The Gate of Life: The user activates the Gate of Life or 3rd Gate which is located in the Spinal cord. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. Allows the user to use Hidden Lotus. This gate adds +15 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2.5x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Shōmon) - The Gate of Pain: The user activates the Gate of Pain or 4th Gate (also named Wound Gate) which is located in the Spinal cord, lower than the Seimon. Increases the user's strength and speed. May cause muscle tissue to begin to tear on use. This gate adds +20 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Tomon) - The Gate of Limit: The user activates the Gate of Limit or 5th gate, which is located in the abdomen. Increases the user's speed and power. This gate adds +30 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3.5x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Keimon) - Gate of View: The user activates the Gate of View or 6th Gate, located in the stomach. Increases the user's speed and power. Opening of this gate releases such enormous amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. This gate adds +40 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 4x faster. User suffers -25 damage.
(Kyōmon) - The Gate of Wonder: The user activates the Gate of Wonder or 7th Gate which is located below the stomach. Those who open this gate will pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. However, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds after exiting this gate, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger without great strain on the user's chakra. This gate adds +60 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 7x faster. User suffers -40 damage.
(Shimon) - The Gate of Death: The user activates the Gate of Death or 8th Gate, located at the heart, requiring the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it, enabling the user to achieve what is described as The Eight Gates Released Formation" (Hachimon Tonkō no Jin). Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. Unfortunately, the side effect of opening this gate is that it comes at the expense of the user's life, causing the user to crumble to ash, having virtually cooked themselves from the inside-out. This is unlike opening the other gates, which simply injure or damage the body. This gate adds +120 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 8x faster.
Note: The EIG users can only open the gates once per fight, meaning that if he allows the EIG opening to time out, he cannot open the EIGs again during the match. EIG Masters can open EIGs twice per battle if the first use is only up to 6th gate.
Note: Up to 3rd Gate, the damage is neglitable for both EIG Users and EIG Masters, feeling only pain and lack of stamina. However, for openings above that, EIG Masters don't suffer damage from opening up to 6th Gate but EIG users will feel severe pain and damage after the EIG opening times out, being left unable to move correctly for 2 turns and unable to mold chakra above B-rank in the next turn. EIG Masters will feel the same effects for opening 7th Gate.
Note: Opening the 8th Gate kills the user at the end of the 2 turns it reamins opened.
As Natsu drew his kunai he could perceive his opponent, lowering his leg, avoiding the strike as the elbow thrust comes towards his temple. It seemed he was determined to drag this out. Natsu would have to do something he hadn't done in a while, increase his own speed. In the instant before the elbow strike hit his temple, he would use his secondary affinity releasing lightning through his skin (not visible as it's not an armor) and electrically stimulate his body to increase his speed rapidly, increasing his speed to that of the third gate, not only could he track his opponent with ease he was now able to move faster than him also, with less drawbacks to his own body. As he releases the surge of chakra through his body, he uses this new speed to duck under the Elbow strike to his temple at the last second in one fluid motion, using his sharingan for perfect timing. In doing this, for that split second also, his opponents vision would be blocked by his own elbow. His body twisted, his arms in the middle of his elbow strike, his body was open for a fast strike.

- Once the armor is deactivated, it cannot be activated for the rest of the battle.

Natsu, as he goes under the elbow strike, uses his increased speed to take advantage at the same time, with his free hand he releases a beam of chakra from his fingers (his right hand) shooting it through your heart as he ducks under your strike. His sudden burst of speed would catch you off guard, the beam would shoot your your heart as you finish you motion and in doing so cut you down. Your body already under pressure due to the effects of the gates being active, you'd lose your concerntrantion and drop to the ground as Natsu jumps back out of the way 2m with his new enhanced speed. The beam is fired as he ducks under your elbow as your vision is blocked and at out current range would leave you next to no time to react. Due to Natsu's sharingan he can execute perfect timing to duck and release the beam with precision to take full advantage of the situation:

The chakra beam, however, has different properties from normal chakra and, unlike the technique which serves as its basis, has no healing effect, quite the contrary. If it hits an enemy living organism, its aggressive nature injures the targeted tissues, creating an effect similar to a severe burn. The cells burst open as if having been hit by a high temperature, reducing themselves to a mushy pulp as the beam travels through them. If undefended, the beam can easily pierce through an enemy in a fast manner. The travelling speed of the beam is akin to that of a similar ranked lightning technique. The down side of the technique is that, when it collides with an elemental technique, it acts as a simple, concentrate chakra beam, capable of overcoming B-Rank defenses and only being negated by A-Rank ones.

With his sensory he could determine the opponent's position and the focus of chakra at the opponent's fingers. instead of going for the punch, to properly defend himself he would use the same arm for the elbow, Kotaro waves that hand while releasing wind chakra from it causing it to releasing multiple blades of wind from the single scythe of while that cuts the opponent multiple times while pushing Natsu away, preventing him from performing the med jutsu.

As promised i'd render your gates useless ^_^ Also, a little note which will come when you master the gates:
EIG Mastery:
Over time, one can grow their skills with EIG and their mastery over its effects. Once mastery over EIG is achieved the user is able to open up to 6th Gate without taking significant damage to his body and to use low rank Ninjutsu (up to B-Rank) while having the EIG open up to 7th.

I know it's not your fault but it's always good to know :)

As Natsu increases his own speed he watches the hand gesture made by his opponent, the sweeping motion with the build up of chakra, the wind being released, all in slow motion for him. He was thinking what best way to deal with this, he could take the hit and end the fight right now with his show (viva la Oral rebirth) but that wouldn't be any way to take down one of his up and coming rivals now would it. Instead he would show a new skill of his, he released his chakra that was his speed boost and as he did he released his caramel chakra through his entire body, turning it to liquid caramel. The wind blade would go straight through him and the force behind it would just simply push him away which right now seemed like the right thing to do. He now stood 15m away from his opponent in his caramel form. This was one of his own ultimate defenses, one that rendered lightning and physical damage useless against him.

Description: The user will release their chakra into part/parts of their body which they will name as they use this jutsu, turning that part of their body into caramel, much like people can turn their bodies to sand, water, ect.. As they turn there body to caramel they will say which state of caramel it is. If it's the liquid state, the can stretch that part of their body. An example of this would be if the user used this jutsu on their arm explaining the liquid state, they could stretch there arm up to mid range to hit or grab someone. If the user's limbs get cut off while in this form, they must touch them to reattach them, or replace them with caramel from a source. This is instant and activates until canceled. The other state is the solid state of caramel, where it can be as hard as stone. This is good for defense but solid caramel has different weaknesses to liquid caramel. In the solid state the user will be more vulnerable to water as it will dissolve the caramel breaking it down. The user can only use caramel Jutsu in the form, but can turn back to normal at any point.

Note: Can only be used 4 times

With his sharingan he can perceive the change in your chakra flow once more, just like before and when he fought others that were able to use the inner gates, but Kotaro wasn't the only one that a few tricks up his sleeve. As Natsu goes flying back he releases his chakra into his sharingan, and in doing so he activates it's more advanced form, the Mangekyo sharingan. Now with this active and you moving even with your flicker evasion he is able to track you and he decides to show you how powerless you really are in a fight with him. Using the ability of the mangekyo sharingan, he is able to place a genjutsu on you with just seeing you. And so as you go to move he places you in one of his strongest genjutsu, bending your five senses:

You feel the pain throughout your entire body as though every bone in your body has just broken and shattered within you causing excruciating pain. At the same time you feel like you're being stabbed in every muscle in your body as through the bones having shattered have torn through your skin as you're moving in the sixth gate.

Natsu knew how the gates worked and he used this to his advantage by making it seem as though you're done something wrong in opening the gates. Not only this but once the gate is opened your chakra flow is set at a high pace but in a flow, so the genjutsu can take effect with that steady flow meaning you would have to open another gate to break the illusions (asked other mods on this). You would dash towards him which he perceived but your but crumple to the floor, your body failing you due to his illusion where as really you are fine, it's all in your head, leaving Natsu safe. He just throws a kunai at you with an explosive tag as you buckle to the floor in extreme unbearable pain.

( Doujutsu: Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye

Description: The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest form of Sharingan. Awakening MS requires the user to have possession of 3 Tomoe Sharingan and to witness or simply go through some extremely dramatic emotional event. Upon this event, the user awakens MS. The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual illusions A-rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a line of sight to the target. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. The chakra cost is so high that it drains the users stamina and chakra at increasingly high speeds. Once the side effects of it's use take place, the user is left blind and unable to activate his sharingan. While keeping it active is already quite hard, the user will drain the time he can keep it active at each MS technique he uses. While some can decrease one turn, others can decrease even more.
Note: The user needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand

A powerfull technique were the user takes control of the enemy's 5 senses and makes him experience anything he can imagine. These illusions however are bound by the normal natural laws of Narutoverse (gravity, kinetics, etc) making it impossible to create unreal (in the context of Narutoverse) situations or scenarios. They can and may also be used to cause the enemy pain or distress or simply serve as a distraction or to camouflage the user in an escape or an attack. The genjutsu itself is done by performing 3 hand seals (Tiger+Ram+Horse) while inserting your chakra into the enemy's brain, disturbing his chakra flow and quickly gaining control over his senses. If the user is within short range of the enemy he can perform this technique with either 1 hand seal (Ram) or by looking directly into the enemy's eyes.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle

8+3 = 11 x 4 = 44 (might of missed something but it's rough)

My tracking speed:
Base 11 (official sage) + 4 (all tracking is your base speed + 4)
Tai master - x2 (doesn't stack with MS though
MS = x4
11 + 4 = 15 x 4 = 60 (wow more than i thought)
So my tracking with you in the sixth gate is greater than your speed ^_^

Suddenly without warning, Kotaro was experiencing blinding pain. Could something had went wrong with the opening of the Gate which is a problem that he has never had before. to confirm he used his chakra sensing to feel the chakra coursing thru his own body. what he discovered is that his chakra was flowing in the opposite direction than it usually does which allowed him to safely deduct that he was trapped in a genjutsu. At that moment, Kotaro used his skill to force open the Seventh Gate, The Gate Of Wonder. immediately the genjutsu was dispelled bringing him back to reality where he noticed a tagged kunai flying towards him.

With His newfound speed kotaro appear before Natsu with a couple dozen tagged kunai hovering allowed by the use of his chakra control and both hands before his chest. The moment Kotaro shoots the couple dozen tagged kunai at Natsu's now Caramelized body, with perfect sync, he clapped his hands together while releasing wind chakra to cause a powerful gale that pushed Natsu a safe distance away from Kotaro before all the explosive tags explode simultaneously, disintegrating the Caramelized body into nothing to Finish him off.

Suddenly without warning, Kotaro was experiencing blinding pain. Could something had went wrong with the opening of the Gate which is a problem that he has never had before. to confirm he used his chakra sensing to feel the chakra coursing thru his own body. what he discovered is that his chakra was flowing in the opposite direction than it usually does which allowed him to safely deduct that he was trapped in a genjutsu. At that moment, Kotaro used his skill to force open the Seventh Gate, The Gate Of Wonder. immediately the genjutsu was dispelled bringing him back to reality where he noticed a tagged kunai flying towards him.

Description:
The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. The user opens the gates in sequence, up to the desired gate to achieve its effects. Opening the gates is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired gate. EIG Masters can do so easily and in a passive way (not spending a move). When one opens up to a given EIG, that opening lasts 4 turns. Opening additional gates upon the last turn of the active opening adds 2 turns. However, there is an exception. Opening the last and 8th gate can only be done for 2 turns, even if the user opens it immediately.
(Kaimon) - The Gate of Opening: The user activates The Gate of Opening or First Gate, which is located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles so 100% of their strength can be used whereas normally, a person can only use 20% of their muscles' strength to keep them from disintegrating. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus. This gate adds +5 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 1.5x faster. User suffers -5 damage.
(Kyūmon) - The Gate of Healing: The user activates the Gate of Healing or 2nd Gate (also named Rest Gate) which is located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. This gate adds +10 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2x faster. User suffers -10 damage.
(Seimon) - The Gate of Life: The user activates the Gate of Life or 3rd Gate which is located in the Spinal cord. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. Allows the user to use Hidden Lotus. This gate adds +15 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2.5x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Shōmon) - The Gate of Pain: The user activates the Gate of Pain or 4th Gate (also named Wound Gate) which is located in the Spinal cord, lower than the Seimon. Increases the user's strength and speed. May cause muscle tissue to begin to tear on use. This gate adds +20 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Tomon) - The Gate of Limit: The user activates the Gate of Limit or 5th gate, which is located in the abdomen. Increases the user's speed and power. This gate adds +30 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3.5x faster. User suffers -15 damage.
(Keimon) - Gate of View: The user activates the Gate of View or 6th Gate, located in the stomach. Increases the user's speed and power. Opening of this gate releases such enormous amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. (Kyōmon) - The Gate of Wonder: The user activates the Gate of Wonder or 7th Gate which is located below the stomach. Those who open this gate will pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. However, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds after exiting this gate, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger without great strain on the user's chakra. This gate adds +60 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 7x faster. User suffers -40 damage.
(Shimon) - The Gate of Death: The user activates the Gate of Death or 8th Gate, located at the heart, requiring the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it, enabling the user to achieve what is described as The Eight Gates Released Formation" (Hachimon Tonkō no Jin). Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy. Natsu was sure he had Kotaro beat, his plan was genius, but it seemed his up coming rival was determined to win this one, overcoming pain, pushing his own limits. Natsu could see the pure mass of chakra coursing through Kotaro's body, he was destroying his own body for the sake of winning this fight. Natsu had to admire the determination, but would it really help him in the end or just cause his own destruction? His opponent appeared before him, speeds that even Natsu struggled to track to say the least, he could make out the movements but he would have to say Kotaro was moving like a fast ninja to one without a doujutsu. He dashed appearing infront of Natsu clapping his hands together with such force sending a shockwave of wind towards Natsu. He had ways he could of countered, but with this new speed, Kotaro would have more striking power and it was best to keep his distance and so he let the wind carry him backwards. As it does, it doesn't harm him due to his caramel body but all the tagged kunai would singe and burn his body. Natsu quickly released his chakra around him, creating 8 pyramids of carbon, all taking the corner of a cube shape around him, instantly forming a barrier to block the tags as they explode. Due to them being devoid of chakra, the smoke that formed wouldn't be nearly enough to block the mass of surging chakra that was Kotaro from his vision. Also, with his heat sensing Natsu could feel the heat of his opponents body.

Description: The user will perform 2 handseals releasing their chakra into all carbon around the field. They will then control the carbon creating a 8 small carbon pyramids that are arranged in a formation to make a the 8 corners in a cube. These 8 pyramids are hand sized and each have a small seal on each of them. The user will then focus their chakra into each of these seals which will then connect creating a cube barrier of chakra between these seals. The barrier can be formed on the outside of the pyramids or the inside. This barrier can only be broken by attacks of the same rank as it or by destroying any of the pyramids. Nothing can get in or out of this barriers until it's destroyed.

Natsu Knew his friend would die if he kept on, and as much as Natsu was ready to win, all his attacks so far, he could of healed on his friend. But what he was doing to his own body, even Natsu wouldn't be able to help him.

Kotaro.... Stop now... you know your destroying your own body... if you keep going like this, you'll die. I know you want to win this one but, not at the cost of your own life... i'm not saying this for my sake, i'm saying it as your friend... if you don't end this now... you're going to die... one way or another... you can't win at your current level....

Natsu spoke these words, not for his own benefit, he could easily survive any attack his friend threw at him, he was confident in this, but his friend was clearly in pain, ripping his own body limb from limb. Natsu had already tried to speak sense to his friend, but would he listen. His barrier stood firm as a form of cussion for natsu, giving him a few seconds extra to defend himself, he had his plan in place as he focussed chakra within and gathered chakra in his eyes. This was Kotaro's last chance to leave here alive...
