I agree with most of your list madara is prob second not raikage most people think he's mad fast and he is but naruto is moving just as fast and hes not trying to harm the raikage when he was trying to get past. but madara can literally teleport anywhere sooo hes really fast

I don't know why I keep doing this but I feel the urge to tell everyone that Itachi is much much faster than Kakashi, and Sasuke for that matter. If you go back and read the manga those two specific people comment on how even with their sharingan they can't keep up with his movements. Also sage mode Jiraiya is alot faster than Kakashi as well. And you forget Killer Bee, he is a jinchurikki who has full control of the hachibi.

I know that this is your opinion and I respect that, I am just trying to point out a few people that deserve to be higher or at least ranked.

Please, If you want to, post your latest list of 5-10 ninja, with conditions if present i.e. Jiraiya (sage mode) vs. just Jiraiya. I think that way people have a clearer view of your position. I figure it may facilitate discussion.

I agree here, itachi is faster than kahaski and sasuke. He's alot faster than sasuke in my opinion. Kahashi on the other hand again itachi faster but not by too much that a fight would be won with because of a speed advatange if you know what I mean.

Intresting how raikage dropped a few places. Naruto wasn't trying to hurt the raikage, but HE CERATAINLY WAS trying to go as fast he can to evade the raikage. Naruto said it himself.

Regarding madara he has shown he can travel distances fast due to time space jutsu, BUT he has shown to npt have fast reflexes like minato and the raikage. Speed is made of two parts reflexes and movement. Madara falls short in reflexes to put him higher than the raikage or minato.

Also why is kahashi and lee faster than jiraiya? Intresting take are you sure haku isn't faster than jiraiya too?




My list based on what we now on the characters now is quite different from most of the guys here.

1)Minato/Raikage
2)Naruto/bee
3)Gai
4)Jiriaya
5)Itachi
6)Kahashi/sasuke

Im leaving madara out for now we need to see how he fights frist. He fights alot differently its not a simple matter how fast he moves around. Also I'd imagine sasuke may become faster for his EMS powerup, wouldn't be surprised. He usaslly haxed when kishi is powering him up, wouldn't surpirse me he kishi makes him faster than minato/raikage lol.

I think with minato,raikage,naruto/bee and gai there's a big gap with everyone else in the speed department. I just wanted to say also really directed to everyone I notice there's alot speed and minato vs raikage threads. Just don't forget guys speed alone doesn't win fights, don't go too overboard with speed regarding shinobi.

For example the raikage/gai, naruto/bee, jiraiya are good examples of a very good balance balance between speed and strength.

^ ok, I agree with that, and honestly I am sorry about my outburst this morning, psukkar.

Anyway, I know Itachi is great a speed forming seals, but can I get linked to where it shows his true speed? All I can think of his seal forms being uber fast.

I don't think naruto was as fast as he could be, seeing is how he's now capable of being the golden flash....

I know kakashi is fast with his lightning blade, so that's why he got his spot, and as for Jiraiya, I don't have enough info to place him higher, sure, he's strong, but I don't know how fast he is in comparasion...

And to psukkar, I don't know, Haku is probably faster than Jiraiya, and I thought it was interesting that he hadn't been mentioned before...so I could bump him up a spot.

I agree about Itachi. He was so fast that his hand seals couldn't be seen.
As for Naruto and Raikage- I really don't care at the moment. Raikage had ever intention to attack, even to kill probably, while Naruto just to evade. That alone gives Raikage an advantage. If one is ready to hurt the other person while evading him he will push harder so that even if they collide at the same speed or other person is able to block the root he gets hurt. Naruto said Raikage was too fast. He never said he was too strong for him to handle. So at the moment he is not using his own personal best either. He just made yet another attempt tinking Raikage was distracted while talking to Bee and found that A was not Raikage for nothing.

In the manga, in pieces, it looks too long and too much but I doubt in anime (UNless they to strech it) it will seem that prominant. The chapter was about A and Bee. If Naruto would have run away already we would have missed the chance of seeing the interaction between A and Bee this way. the recent chapters were about Bee's character development not Naruto's.

Good points. Jiraiya's and Itachi's stats are equal according to databook. Jiraiya lacks in Genjutsu- I don't remmbr but probably in stamina and speed he was ballanced out with Itachi.

5)Guy (using the gates)
6)Jiraiya (sage mode)
7)Lee (Gates)
8)Itachi
9)Kakashi/Sasuke/Orochimaru

Some points I would like to make are, that for me at least, 5-7 are interchangeable due to the fact that we haven't been given an accurate comparison.

I made Minato/Madara number 1's due to the fact that they have time-space jutsu and thus automatically are able to traverse distance faster.

The characters I have at number 9 are there because while they are exceptionally fast ninja they can't compete with people who can boost their speed with different modes or jutsu. I know we never see Oro use his real speed very often but he is a pretty quick guy. After that though I can't think of very many people that would rank up there, maybe Kin-Gin bro's or A's father but we don't know all that much about either of them.

Reflexes are big factor to me in speed exchanges, but that wasn't the only thing I did conster movement too.


About last bit you said,

That minato vs madara fight was based on speed becuase the way madara has been fighting EVER since we saw him is based purely on him catching the enemy in his time-space jutsu. Physically he has been shown to be weaker than you would expect. And he hasn't used A SINGLE move other than his two moves of time-space dimension barrier jutsu and his etheral mode.

This is the main reason why I don't like to gauge his powers now. He's clearly no where near 100%. He hasn't used a single sharingan jutsu and he know for the EMS, well at least ones we know of that are sharingan techs.

So far hes only used the rinnegan powers ever since he transplanted the eye and izanagi, the so6p's bloodline limit. And the tother two moves I said before.

putting aside rinnegan's powers he got recently, thats 4 MOVES thats it for like 300 chapters. lol
