Ulquiorra should win this. It's unclear how stronger Byakuya during time skip got, but during Arrancar arc he isn't capable of defeating Ulquiorra in his second stage, while he could be on Ulq's level in first stage (which I am not sure he is), he isn't on Ulq's level when latter enters 2nd stage.

Byakuya is strong enough to take multiple sternritters by himself and that without bankai. He wins this.

Next, Ichigo from SS arc was stronger than Ichigo from Hueco Mundo arc, since he had conflict with hollow whole time.
Ulquiorra himself admitted that Ichigo's power at full (without inner Hollow conflict) was above his own. But it's unclear did Ulq's counted his secunda etapa.

I actually never said that Bankai got weaker, but that his mindset was weaker and therefore that overall made him weaker.

Ichigo was not weaker because his bankai got weaker, he was weaker because he couldn't use it propertly.

] It wasn't like that during the training with Shinji. TZ also pointed out that his progress is halted since he felt into despair. With Ichigo holding particulary the same power and with ****ed mindset he couldn't become stronger than Ichigo in SS arc who had clear mindset.
