Ashley Young had a shit tournament on the whole. Pirlo was immense, as he was for the whole of last season with Juve. Milan must be kicking themselves. That penalty was so, so cheeky...

Ashley Young had a shit tournament on the whole. Pirlo was immense, as he was for the whole of last season with Juve. Milan must be kicking themselves. That penalty was so, so cheeky...

Milan should be proud.. it's thanks to Milan that Pirlo is so good now. 10 years in that elite team (sayd by an Inter Milan supporter) payed off.

Exactly that was just a complete pi**take. Pirlo had some nerve but it makes me respect him even more than I already did. Young was terrible, even Milner did a better job than he did and he is terrible but at least he works hard. Not that it would have made a difference as England couldn't string two passes together in that second half but he should have come off IMO

Thank you I was thinking the same thing . With Wilshere in the middle, the ball retention would have been better because he is one of the few english players that can pass the ball competently and plays for a team that actually plays possession football.

And Pirlo's performances this season have said this to Milan
