I don't think it was Necessary to kill His own clan. He could of just pretend to agree whit Danzo and then inform his clan and would of left the village at night and made there own Village

Also for those people who said Itachi is king of solos - why didn't he just solo them all? nope he couldn't instead he kill his own clan

I dont see anyone talking about that other than CNN, I only remember when that thing started and the only thing people did was post "Pray For Gaza". Did that do anything? No. The only thing thats going to come out of this is war

Why are people still against this? The massacre was the only thing and the RIGHT thing to do. Itachi said Sasuke may have been able to make a difference, but either way Sasuke was a child and the Uchihas might have not listened to him because of that! Hiruzen wanted to talk things out, but it was already too late for that because of Tobirama isolating them from the village and making them the police force. Danzo's solution was the only thing left to do and they already had Itachi as a spy so I don't see the problem with all this.

Shisui could have stopped it, but Danzo sabotaged him. Hiruzen might have been able to negotiate, but Danzo went behind Hiruzen's back and persuaded Itachi. To be completely honest if Danzo would have just sat back and let things solve themself. As far as I am concerned The massacre was a tragedy and the only ppl solely responsible r Obito and Danzo.

I don't blame Itachi though. At least for that anyway. He was manipulated him, but out of the options given he made the most correct decision.

Yes, a non-murderer is definitely a better person than a murderer. Naruto world has no logic, that's why Naruto still forgives Obito for killing his parents (or maybe Naruto doesn't care). In real life, Itachi would be sentenced to death for the massacre. And what Itachi did was wrong, nobody has the right to murder innocent civilians. Itachi didn't kill enemy opponents, he killed innocent Uchiha clan members who had nothing to do with politics

Is it not considered virtuous in most religions to forgive others for their 'wrongdoings'? Naruto forgives Obito because he understands him. Perhaps you should try to do the same...

Hiruzen and Minato arent senjus, they were chosen because they were the strongest, You have to earn the right to be hokage not cry that you should be handed the control of village

Tobirama was a racist. He did the same that happened to African Americans in the early days. He caused unneccesary segregation because he was prejudice, racist, and paranoid. Tobirama is at fault for everything. He's like Hitler except it was Danzo who did the genocide.
