Yes it has been shown narutos base chakra level is huge without kurama, multiple times actually. And obviously SM and all the abilities that come with it. Beats blind sasuke no diff, and MS sasuke mid-high diff

Naruto did tame him, how do you think he got KCM? He worked for his powers, its been proven the Kurama being stored in him hindered his chakra pool, and a bulk of his chakra was used to keep the seal in place, to a really long extent that is his power. Do you think Sasuke could have over-come the hatred of Kurama? No, he would have been manipulated & consumed a long time ago, The Leaf Village would be in shambles. Again, you may as well say the eyes that give Sasuke his powers doesn't belong to him and never will.

No it isn't. It's only 2 times as large as Kakashi's whose own reserves are tiny. The reason why he's able to whip out large scale clones and Rasangans is because the seal - before he opened it - allowed for a bit of Kurama's chakra to mix with his own, allowing for accelerated healing and stamina.
Which is why he has never felt the heavy effects of using Kage Bushins. The tiredness from using so many would add up to it all as well. He would literally collapse if he had used even 6 with Rasangans, because there would be no recovery.
So now, you are making crap up. Naruto's reserves without kurama are no where near huge. Kisame, Nagato, Ae, Third Raikage, Tsunade, Madara, Hashirama, Tobiranma, Karin etc all shit on his reserves. They shit on it so bad that it's not even funny.
