Didn't Frog Kata one shot the paths? She wouldn't be able to regenerate if she's already dead (hit by one of those). It's impossible to see so Tsunade wouldn't be able to realize that she's getting hit. Plus Naruto is smarter than his DB stat says - he's shown a lot of careful planning vs Pein. He basically beat them using deception for most of the fight (especially against the last path). Andddd I'm running out of time so g2g

Naruto only has two aces in the hole for this fight. FRS and Kurama these are his only chances for success.
Here's the problem FRS is his only long range technique in Sage Mode
Which means if he's a distance away. (and frs doesn't exactly have speed feats) I don't see why she can't dodge it. This attack was much closer and she still dodged it completely (unlike shizune). And if he tries to attack with it up close he's putting himself in danger. We all remember Tsunade's warning.
Now if she touches him once he dies. Body Pathway Derangement would end with his death. Her punch would end with his death. Gamabunta can't exactly hurt Katsuya either but Katsuya can hurt him.You must be registered for see images
So honestly this battle goes either way. We know Naruto can't spam FRS.

In terms of Intelligence he isn't as smart.
In base they have the same speed so in Sage Mode he's faster.
He has more stamina but can't use sage mode for very long
Her strength feats are far greater than his SM strength feats
so this is really a toss up. In Base Tsunade wins without a doubt. In Sage Mode Naruto can throw his frs. But I think she may be able to evade it as she has full knowledge on it. If he goes Kyuubi I see him winning. But I think with only Sage Mode at his command. He doesn't have the necessary skills to take her out.
And if we mention the Pein fight I will say a few things in advance
Firstly Tsunade had no chakra.
Secondly she already prepared a counter to his pull.
Thirdly when Naruto ran out of chakra of his own he was in trouble til the Kyuubi freed him. So technically he got into the same position as Tsunade.
Fourthly the path that was coming toward Tsunade, she could have defeated especially in the way it was coming had she been at full health.
Fifthly she was sacrificing herself to save the village and stall for Naruto.

narutos on a totally different level IMO. much more skill in taijutsu due to frog katas, can sense entire battlefields and even shapes of peopel from miles away so tsunade to him will be either a snail or a giant target. if tsunade has no intel she gets hit by FRS, which turns out to be naruto clones in disguise who are actually doing oodama rasenrengan. kaboom. and if she heals from having two giant rasengans being introduced to her face then naruto just tries again and again till shes nothing but mush. hes faster, more attuned to perception and sensing chakra, mastered clone jutsus, and has FRS/summonings. what can tsunade do vs frog song?

If Naruto doesn't have Any clones ready Pre-Battle to Gather sage chakra he only can use a Few Rs befor it runs out.
Once Sm runs out Tsunade would Crush him, Even with his Sage Mode Strength, tsunade is still physically Stronger than Naruto.
All tsunade needs to do is Play defensive, Dodge Rs and she wins.
Without Prep tsunade wins High Diff.
With Prep i would lean towards naruto.

Even if SM ran out Naruto still has Toad Summonings to distract her until he can reenter Sage Mode.
And if worse came to worse Naruto can summon Ma and Pa to use their techs against her.

Tsunade will not be able to touch SM Naruto I mean the guy was able to dodge the third raikage's hell stab..and its obvious 3rd raikage's speed even if it's slower than his son its still faster than tsunade's..now 1 RS to tsunade and its over. Naruto wins mid difficulty.

Frog katas would do nothing to tsunade.
Naruto wasn't "astounded" nor "surprised" when 3rd raikage dodged it.
He had already planned ahead incase he dodged.
Rs being Thrown on it's own isn't all that fast, No one has commented on that attacks speed at all.
Two clones had enough time to Grab Deva paths leggs, deva path also had enough time to Stab them two clones yet still able to dodge Rs.

With Info on Rs it's quite Predictable.
It would make him practically impossible to hit for her. SM Naruto is not only faster than Tsunade, but also has something that can rivally Sharingan or even surpasses it in some aspects.

-> In similar situation Kakashi had to use Kamui, even with movement and jutsu prediction that Sharingan gives he couldnt dodge it.And Naruto outmaneuvered 3rd Raikage. It doesnt matter if he had it all planned, just simple fact that he was able to do it tells enough.
Frog Katas deals critical amout of damage, how long Tsunade would last being constanlty hit like this? All in all, fighting against SM Naruto in Taijutsu combat would be only waste of chakra for Tsunade.
