if tsunade lands ONE touch of a finger on narut, she can disorient his nerves , making his left leg move when he wants his head to turn right, etc, He won't be able to figure it out , unlike kabuto who was a genius, .... so in that time when naruto is unable to move, she can land some serious massive hits on him.. but this is only if she can get a touch of a finger on him...
we don't fully know what else she's capable of.. she hasn't shown everything.. this new forbidden jutsu ... i have no idea what it fully does..

does naruto spam clones in sage mode? i don't believe so.. he doesn't have enough sage chakra for that.. 1 clone splits chakra 50/50, he can already only last a few minutes, he'll just run out his sage mode incredibly fast...and tsunade can survive most his attacks bar rasenshruiken.. whether naruto starts with rshruken or comes in with frog kata first, will define win or lose
A direct punch from tsunade with all her force will break apart every bone in naruto's body easily , just like it demolished madara's susanno and him

All Tsunade needs to do is land a clean hit while she's in that regeneration mode but I don't see how she would be able to do that. Naruto has her beat in speed and chakra reserves. RasenShuriken would destroy her chakra nerves.

I've made it!
Naruto only has two aces in the hole for this fight. FRS and Kurama these are his only chances for success.
Here's the problem FRS is his only long range technique in Sage Mode
Which means if he's a distance away. (and frs doesn't exactly have speed feats) I don't see why she can't dodge it. This attack was much closer and she still dodged it completely (unlike shizune). And if he tries to attack with it up close he's putting himself in danger. We all remember Tsunade's warning.

So honestly this battle goes either way. We know Naruto can't spam FRS.

In terms of Intelligence he isn't as smart.
In base they have the same speed so in Sage Mode he's faster.
He has more stamina but can't use sage mode for very long
Her strength feats are far greater than his SM strength feats
so this is really a toss up. In Base Tsunade wins without a doubt. In Sage Mode Naruto can throw his frs. But I think she may be able to evade it as she has full knowledge on it. If he goes Kyuubi I see him winning. But I think with only Sage Mode at his command. He doesn't have the necessary skills to take her out.
And if we mention the Pein fight I will say a few things in advance
Firstly Tsunade had no chakra.
Secondly she already prepared a counter to his pull.
Thirdly when Naruto ran out of chakra of his own he was in trouble til the Kyuubi freed him. So technically he got into the same position as Tsunade.
Fourthly the path that was coming toward Tsunade, she could have defeated especially in the way it was coming had she been at full health.
Fifthly she was sacrificing herself to save the village and stall for Naruto.
Don't even see how tsunade will win and all those scenerio ppl are makin up for tsunade to win is when naruto is standing still. Naruto is faster by far and even has a spidey sense tsunade won't even touch naruto in a taijutsu bout and ppl have forgetin that naruto too have comparable strenght and she won't be able to dodge rasenshuriken nor keep up w/ naruto bushin feints 3 bodies of pain with shared vision cannot keep up with naruto's feints tsunade will get fooled naruto don't even need rasenshuriken his biggest rasengan can do the job. I don't even bring summon into this fight cous toad>slug and naruto have toad army tsunade has 1. Naruto 10/10 little difficulty

She can't destroy most of 1000 clones in one hit. And if they were to get a hold of her she wouldn't be able to use her strength against him or any jutsus.
