The water dome would probably prove to be too much for Tsunade.
If Tsunade could throw the Samehada away she could win? :DD Okay, I'm stretching in too far.

Kisame wins... High diff tho.
But it could go either way, but Kisame is the more probable winner.

No. This cannot go either way. Kisame wins this mid diff if Tsunade is lucky. Her strenght doesn't mean shit here. She needs to use Chakra to gain her super human strenght. Chakra which will be absorbed as soon as she gets close to Samehada or Water Dome. Kisame will just make his sharks rip her apart.

:what: Kisame Low-Mid diff ... He Heals from all of tsunade's "Clone Susano cracking Punches :|" And how does byakugo keep Tsunade from drowning in his water dome .. I mean its different from a physical injury and shes not escaping not that it matters as he can absorb all that chakra She has been storing

Haha, I'd like to see Kisame healing from a punch which was able to knock down a V3 Susanoo. If Tsunade lands a hit, Kisame is screwed. He can't heal when Tsunade keeps punching and punching him.

But the most she is capable of on Kisame is one hit although even that is un-likely seeing as his suitons wreck her from getting up close .. And He healed from a V2 cloak (could be v1 forget) Lariat .. with ease .. He can heal from one of her punches ..

Tsunade needs to use chakra if she wants to have her super human strenght shit. Chakra that will be absorbed as soon as she enters the Water Dome or if she gets close to Samehada. Basically if Kisame fuses with Samehada, she stands no chance against him.

Not you are just underrating Tsunade's strength :| Madara made it clear that Tsunade's stength >>>> Ay's. The Raikage couldn't even break Madara's ribcage Susanoo alone, he needed Onoki's help.

Tsunade shattered it easily, without Onoki's help.

If she can land a punch, Kisame would loose this fight. Why? Because Tsunade can punch Kisame over and over again. She can punch his head until it is destroyed. Or she can just throw away Samaheda.

Nope. Tsunade's natural strength is great. She has 5 points in the databook like Guy, who was able to break a wall with a kick.

Or perhaps you forget that when she punches Kisame he would be sent flying negating the Rapid Punches scenario because he would be healed by the time tsunade could make it over to kisame .. Although Just putting Samehada in guard position would negate her punches because her chakra would be absorbed on contact meaning no strength

Or not. Tsunade's punch didn't sent Madara flying.

Because he was an edo so it just went right through him .. stop comparing this to different scenarios

This is just ignorance.
When the Raikage punched him, Madara was sent flying. Or when he punched the Tsuchikage, he was sent flying too. This is the difference between their strength.
