I think we are underrating Tsunade's intelligence here. She's brilliant really, even beyond her medical field. Take the war with Pein for instance, she strategically sent Naruto away to get stronger rather than following the advice the advisers, rather than taking pein head on, she healed the entire village, she had Katsuya everywhere that way everyone could gain more info on Pein instantly. In the fight with Madara she devised an attack on Madara so that the other kages could attack him while he responded to her attack. When she was fighting kabuto and her lungs were messed up she pseudoparalyzed him so that she could heal. As per her rules for Medical Ninja she understands the strategies necessary to keep a team alive. She tricked Jiraiya into drinking a substance and played it off perfectly. In short she's not going to stand around and allow any attack. She's going to strategize.

Kakashi will win this. I know it is almost impossible to kill her but he is really gonna wipe the battle floor with her. He is a master tactician, he has speed, can predict possible moves and he has several jutsus.
Keep in mind that Tsunade doesnt ultimately need to hit him with her fist.
Remember how Sakura found out where Kakshi was hiding? She punched the ground and destroyed it by range.
She can always take advantage of the ground. She also made a stone shield during the Hanzou fight with a little kick to the ground. Lol a little heel kick to the ground causes a ground fissure.
Shes a master at dodging because of the ways of a medical ninja is supposed to dodge attacks so she doesnt need to use heal on herself, but the teammates.
Katsuyu hasnt show anything other than spitting acid that tears through rock, and splitting into smaller pieces and healing. But she has a sticky slime too.
I think Tsunade wins this, she has alot of more experience aswell. After all, she just showed us a new improved version of her Creation Rebirth.

Tsunade wins high difficulty.
tsunade is more powerful and better in taijutsu than kakashi.
kakashi will hit her b***bs while fighting, red blood will float out his nose, and then tsunade one punch is enough to defeat the pervert :rofl:

Tsunade isn't enough fast to touch Kakashi,He has Sharingan so he can easily predict any of her movements.Databook is clear,once the target is in the space barrier ,the enemy can't get out.As you can see against Deidara.I don't know any character who move constantly and never stop,that doesn't exist in Naruto.Kakashi can use whenever he want and he ened a fraction of second,he's enough intelligent to know when to use it.If the theory with non linear path was credible,Deidara would just move Right/Left , Up/Down or non linear path to get out of the space barrier.The only explanation is in databook,Deidara couldn't move when he was in the space barrier.Tsuande deosn't have the speed to dodge kamui.Kakashi showed enough evidence that he uses at as defense and as attack.

Man I hate when people underrate tsunade I mean she is hokage for a reason and I know this without a doubt that in the kages fight assuming kakashi had her spot kakashi would of been killed by now lmao. The other kages would of been dead especially gara and the Tsuchikage matter of fact they would of been killed first due to the fact that they were injured before the other kages came in the field. Secondly kakashi would of not survived the teleportation technique that teleported tsunade and A to the field lol. Thirdly his stamina is so low he was killed by pain within less than 10minutes in the match man he is so overrated lol. Kakashi dont stand a chance against tsunade what can he possibly do Kamui hahaha lol get out of here. That is his only shot at defeated her and u kakashi fan boys no that. Lightening blade would not do shit to tsunade and if her slug is summon man game over for him lol. Lets see how well tsunade do in the upcoming matches I am 100% percent positive that she has other moves to show that would annihilate the white fang son. One thing I must add that tsunade is fighting Madara the most powerful shinobi in the whole naruto universe he is 5times stronger than pain and guest what tsunade is still strong and surviving well she even broke susano's sword man stop hating on the stongest woman in konoha. I love all sannins Including Jman and Orichimaru dont mess with either one of them

lol you call a move from 1 meter speed?Even Gaara showed a better shunshin jutsu in chunin exam.Kakashi showed many time that he coould use shunshin no jutsu.If she'd have speed,databook would gave her at least 4.5 but she only has 3.5 .It's not enough to deal with a fast sharingan user.On that picture,Tsunade get trapped by a mokuton clone,it was wanted by edo Madara to Tsunade hit him.Yes kunai,shurinken but Kakashi doesn't need a lot of time, few seconds are enough for kamui,don't tell me that he won't find the time.katsuyu need to be summon first,it's big summon but anything big doesn't mean much. She mostly use for heal,it can divide or throw acide,nothing really dangerous for Kakashi.Tsunade has no counter for Kamui which is too fast and unpredictable for tsunade.Not to mension that kamui is almost invisible she will not notice when Kakashi will use it since Deidara didn't notice anything untill he was in the space barrier but it's too late in that step no defense is possible (databook).Also Pein with his rinnegan didn't notice Kakashi's kamui.It's enough fast to counter Susanoo arrow.

Kakashi wins this if he has knowledge on all her abilities. He'll simply do what Asuma did to Hidan cut of her head. Kakashi is faster than Tsunade.

tsunade knows kamui, unlike everyone else he's used it on they were surprised by it, Tsunade would know to keep moving before he activates it which means it'd be useless
kakashi can't kill her with anything but kamui but he can't hit something that looking for it and moving to avoid it,
Tsunade on the other hand has a technique that disorientes her opponent and would leave kakashi open for a pwnage attack
also a medical ninjutsu that kills, i cant find the scan but i'm sure you remember when she tried to trick oro and kabuto stopped her

Minato's context was different,it's fighting context while with shinzune it's a dialogue context.She never showed a great speed in a batle.Madara also said that she's stronger than Raikage but not fast.Shushin no jutsu is a jutsu that almost everybody can use.what she did against Shinzune,she can't do the whole time constantly in a fight ,Kakashi used it a lot of time as well.
Even if she know about kamui it's not enough to predict when kakashi will use it and how she will be able to dodge the speed of that technique since it's not a visible physical attack that is moving.Kamui is is by far faster than tsunade.
I see you use the same argument with Gaara lol.You go to the principe that Tsunade will be faster to attack and assault Kakashi,so kakashi can't attack if he need to defend himself.It doesn't works like that lol,all the fight has some laps of time intervals in which both are talking,hidding or preparing an attack.
One of her punch din't kill Kabuto,didn't kill Orochimaru and didn't kill Madara .It's contradicted in the manga.The disorientes technique is a taijutsu range jutsu , just perfect for Kakashi to dodge and predict with Sharingan.More Tsunade come close to Kakashi more it's a good target to kamui her head or why not her whole body.

Again if tsunade is moving, it doesn't matter how fast it is, kakashi wouldn't be foolish to use kamui and try to catch her with it, if he misses he's on one knee or panting or disoriented, whatever he is, he can't react properly

btw the moment itachi saw his MS he looked down, he assumed the worse (genjutsu) if tsunade sees MS she'll know kamui and she'll react

Tsunade knows difference between regular Sharingan and Mangekyou. She is bright enough to expect Kamui when she sees Kakashi activates it.
Using MS requires large amounts of chakra, especially from someone who is not an Uchiha, such as Kakashi. And we all know he has serious problems because he lacks chakra.
Tsunade also uses poison. It is hard to believe that Kakashi would dodge them all. If he is forced to defend himself using Kamui, BAM, 1/4 of his chakra goes away.
This worths for Katsuya's acid attacks also.

Okay since the mistake has been corrected and Kenjutsu has turned to Kinjutsu I'll say Tsunade-Sama wins this with Moderate Difficulty.

On the other hand Tsunade's chakra reserves are much higher than Kakashi's.
Kakashi has the Sharingan and MS. He can foresee Tsunade's attacks but can he dodge them close range at once. Even if she misses and hits the ground it can cause damage or obstructions for Kakashi-sensei. Kamui may be his trump card but Tsunade can oversome it by using Katsuyu's poisonous acid.
To use Raikiri would end the match for Kakashi in his defeat. Let's say he hits Tsunade with the Raikiri successfully. But in the recent chapters we saw a huge sword was shoved through her and she survived thanks to the Advanced Creation Rebirth (Strength of a 100). It will heal any wounds instantly without any repercussions. The moment Raikiri hits her she heals and punches. Down goes Kakashi.
Additionally Tsunade has great knowledge of poisons and is sufficiently intelligent. Also she has more experience than Kakashi because she's from Kakashi's teacher's teacher's generation!!!
