Well, Tsunade has been trained to dodge every kind of attack, and I think Kakashi still hasn't mastered Kamui. In addition, using Kamui takes away large amount of chakra and we all know that is the biggest Kakashi's problem. He lacks chakra.

Tsunade would kick kakashi's butt using her kenjutsu.... another thing is that sakura was trained by her and when Naruto and Sakura did the bell test again kakashi was surprised by sakura's fighting ability and she figured out where he was fairly quickly

we don't even have to talk about the genjutsu her rebirth technique and her medical ninjutsu or her super strength

I want to say Kakashi.
-He is to quick for her plus with sharigan, She won't be able to land a hit on him. He would read her movements easy and counter.
-Sharigan allows you to ready the enemies movements so this could possibly help him land Kamui easier.
-If not for Kamui Kakashi still has lightning blade which could allow him to chop Tsuande's head off(doubt she can heal that back).
-With his dogs, he can slow her down even more. It would be to much on the battle field for her to work against

But if Tsunade lands a punch then she wins.... unless it is a lightning clone

Anyways, Kakashi might be able to get a good stab at Tsunade if he uses the regular Raikiri rush (with the Sharingan to predict his high speed movement counters) or use Raiten clones as a feint to stun her while he does so. The problem is that it's much more IC for Kakashi to aim at the heart than the head using Raikiri, and thus will probably fall for the trap of going for Tsunade's vital torso organs. If Kakashi has knowledge of her seal, then he may not fall for a sudden surprise attack afterwards. If he doesn't though, this could turn into another Kakuzu surprise attack, only with a much more powerful kick.

Tsunade wont be hitting Kakashi with her monster strength since he's faster than her and would be able to read all of her attacks with sharrigan. For him to win he would either need to hit her with raikiri through the heart(does he ever aim anywhere else?) or kami to stop her healing, he could also throw in silent killing (the mist technique him and Zazuba use) to make it difficult for her.

Nothing has changed recently to suggest Tsunade can defeat someone like Kakashi.

Part 1 Kabuto managed to react to her on more than one occasion. Now Kakashi's not only faster, he also has a sharingan.

And if she falls for one of his raiton bunshin's she's in BIG trouble. Raikiri/Raiden will mess her up, if not kill her if he decides to go for the head. (He did so against Deva)

Kamui might not even be needed, but if Tsunade does manage to push him to his limits, he will resort to his MS which Tsunade has no counter for.

Intelligence? Lol Kakashi's one of the smartest characters in the manga.

Speed? Kakashi

Ninjutsu? Kakashi

Tsunade has more stamina, but that hardly matters against a fighter who likes to end things quicky. Not to mention current Kakashi's stamina is much better than his P1 self.

I really can't understand why people think Tsunade has a chance to beat someone who has better feats than her.
