Tsunade's Body Derangement will have little or no effect on Suigetsu as he can take lightning in small quantity shown when he held up his blade against Bee's lightning infused sword when the latter tried to cut through it and kill Sasuke, small lightning sparks were visible on Suigetsu but he was still standing, this will allow Jugo the opportunity to blast her to kingdom come

with zabuza blade and water gun i can see suigetsu winning comfortably

Tsunade is stronger than Juugo and Karin. The only problem will be Suigetsu. If Katsuyu is not allowed i dont know how can she kill him. Maybe with the Body Pathway Derangement.
