Jugo got hit twice by raikage at stage 2,which he doesn't use often. Tsunade has proves to be stronger than raikage. Karin can't just keep healing them, she could only heal Sauske once. Tsunade will make quick work of them two. Even If her punches werent strong enough to kill jugo(which is not the case) her single punch can make him unable to use his body correctly(review her fight with kabuto)

Well... Karin can't do anything, Tsunade can overpower Jugo (just my opinion) and she would have some issues with Suigetsu. Maybe she could use her summon to help her (idk)

Yes Suiguestu has the ability to turn his self into water but to attack he must be solid works pretty much the same as Tobi so if Tsuande catches him at the right time with any of her techs hes dead, and if she catches him with body derangement he wont be able to control if hes liquid or Solid. That part is just speculation thought she could just smacks his ass when hes solid.

The slug summonings shoot acid and so "Acid to water" xD if you pay attention in school.
