Without Katsuyu she won't have a decent enough way to kill Suigetsu. She pretty much fodderizes everyone else though, she could try her nerve-scrambling tech and if worse comes to worse just outlast him outright.

Tsunade wins this. She's far stronger than Raikage and we see what his strength did Jugo. In this fight Karin is fodder. Sakura would wreck her, what Tsunade will do is illegal.
Suigetsu we know that she can turn her chakra into electricity and channel the electricity into her fingers. Which means in water form she can zap him. If he tries to drown her she needs only channel her chakra into her fingers and emit it as streams of electricity. If he tries to attack as a solid, he's screwed.

As we know she has a large pool of chakra we can reason that she can generate much more electricity. Adding in the fact that she was conserving chakra in that battle as she was still planning on fighting Orochimaru as Suigetsu is the last enemy she has no reason to conserve her chakra. And at that time she hadn't battled anyone in a long time. But as her part in the war has displayed she's resharpened her skill. Therefore, there is no reason she can't use that technique on a larger scale to fry Suigetsu

I didn't say the electricity will kill him but it will without a doubt disorient him. And in terms of who will last longer in a battle of Attrition it'll be Tsunade. He really couldn't kill her. By scrambling his system she can stop him from controlling his body movements and thus stop he from liquefying and this kill him. Jugo isn't a threat to her.

The Raikage body is stronger than hers a chidori didn't got thru his skin but a chidori would pierce thru her chest, so Jugo blast would kill her. if she punches Suigetsu it would go thru his body then he could hold her while Jugo blast her away

What? The blast never touched anyone so you cannot make claims about it's strength. She has a 5 in intelligence which has been demonstrated in and out of battle and by her rules for medical ninjas and creation of medical techniques. As such she would take out the medical ninja first to ensure there is no healing going on. At which point Jugo would charge her and she would punch and kill him. Or seriously harm in and follow up with a death blow. Which would leave Suigetsu as the last standing threat. Suigetsu going toe to toe with Tsunade loses.
