Tsunade does not carry explisons, but I was saying that because you do not believe he can die from one, however, he would die from acid. While Tsunade feels the pain she would not die. Just pain because it is not a slicing or puncturing. Worst come worst the slug could just split and coat her or she activate her healing while he is melting from the acid.
