Susanoo = hard while a human body is more like flaccid because of muscles and skin, of course it;s harder but it won't have the same effect because it's not the same substance. She was pissed at jiraiya and punched him so it was obviously a full powered punch, she can't do anything to Hidan, her attacks are meaningless.

Now lets talk open about your overall logic in something about him moving without a spine if Tsuanade hits him .How he could fight without a spine... Which every human needs to move because mostly everything is connect to it and you would not stand up or a least fight without it. He is not Kim. Tsunade does not carry explisons, but I was saying that because you do not believe he can die from one, however, he would die from acid. While Tsunade feels the pain she would not die. Just pain because it is not a slicing or puncturing. Worst come worst the slug could just split and coat her or she activate her healing while he is melting from the acid.
