5. Tobirama is better than Minato at FTG, with the soul reason being that he did not need to use a seal in order to use it. He simply did it, he was not confined by the location of seals. In that sense, his use is just like Kamui's, except without the ability to locate where anyone is, which is what makes his space time ninjutsu inferior. Thus, with the same ability minus the restriction that Minato has, we can say that Tobirama's is better.

He can use it without a seal because he has the Sword of the Thunder God!!!

I think ftg does not require lots of amount of chakra. Minato does not have a large chakra pool but he can use it multiple times. Also Tsunade has lots of chakra reserves. Even though if she has ftg, she can use it like Minato do.

But sorry she does not have FTG!

Anyways, on topic, you seem so hung up on who taught FTG to Minato? The answer is quite simple IMO. FTQ is a sealing technique, Minato uses seals to teleport himself from place to place, and the seals are on his kunai, he is also able to mark objects and people with the FTG seal by touching them. This is the FTG technique. Since it is a sealing jutsu, and it has been stated that Kushina was able to teach Minato much about sealing techniques due to her Uzumaki heritage, it's simple logic to assume that Minato used the knowledge he gained from her to create the FTG technique on his own. I mean, it's not like it's impossible for someone to come up with a new jutsu, even if it is very powerful. He was the Hokage and student of Jiraiya, after all.

Tsunade does not have FTG. Otherwise she could have teleported Herself and Raikage to BattleField. Also she could have teleported herself to Mei the teleported herself and Mei back to Battle field immediately. She always has large chakra pool.

Also Tsunade is not a lightning user. In fight against Kabuto, she out her chakra in Kabuto's body to disrupt his body movements. Kabuto already explained in that battle that Tsunade used her chakra to disrupt the flow of electric signals from his mind to body directions.
