He was simply using his chakra to burn a wound shut. It was not mystical palm. Which is changing the qualities of your chakra to bring about healing. So, I cannot agree that it was medical ninjutsu.

We saw her jump ahead of a 'incredibly fast' chakra arm by Naruto's standard.

She can definitely meat shield a katon technique in byakugo mode like Tsunade can.

If he really used medical ninjutsu he would not need to stitch the wound. Actual medical ninjas with the basic mystical palm can close wounds completely otherwise without stitching. Try again.

He used that chakra to stop it and then stitched. He definitely burned it.
