Doubt it, they probably just wasn't focused on or married off into other clans since it was Hashirama's goal to tear down the boundary of clans and have the whole village be seen as everyone's family which is somewhat how it is in Kakashi and Naruto's reign as Hokage. Just like how Senjus branched out to become the Uzumaki clan.

Considering that they helped in the War through the RDS of Orochimaru, Edo Tensei's, Minato's use of the Uzumaki Seals in his life time, Naruto and his legacy, and so forth.

Only 80 years? Well that doesn't mean the Senju clan couldn't intergret into other clans, we had lots of generations. Hashirama generation, Hiruzen generation, Tsunade generation, Minato generation, Kakashi generation, Naruto generation, and now Bolt generation; plenty to have the senju spread out amongst other clans.

She was 50 in part 1 and 54 by the end of the war, so she's about 66 right now in the manga.

Part II: 79 so add one year for Naruto's birthday, and then two years from the last. Meaning he is 81 by the Last, and then ten years later when Naruto is 29-30, meaning Onoki is 91.

Still breathing in Chapter 700, and then ANOTHER time skip happens and the Gaiden starts. Meaning he could very well be 95 :sdo:

He had to kill off the Uchiha clan for what-ever purpose, and he probably had no idea what to do with the giant Senju clan that could be used to tackle down pretty much everyone else since they were the strongest clan.

So he just wrote them off.
