It all go bye bye. He no able to give people eyes or cure cancer anymore. "restoring life force" =/= medical ninjutsu. He couldn't heal Gai's burns.
Keep denying Manga Facts. No way can you restore soulless arms. The only way to restore it is to summon the soul out of the RDS's belly. No summoning Technique has ever being shown to summon souls out of the RDS's belly. So, the only way to get the soul is to cut the RDS's belly and kill yourself too.
If Tsundae could restore souless arms then Kabuto would be able to Edo Tensei the Hokages also without freeing them from the RDS's Belly. Which clearly didn't happen.
Tsunadae's healing power is not negating the RDS's power. Orochimaru went to her to alleviate the Excruciating Pain. That pain was breaking down the Vessel's body. Tsunadae can only stop the pain, not restore the arms.

The only thing she has over Kabuto is the seal and the ability to remote heal.
The best medical feat is what he did to himself which was genetic engineering.

Until Sakura does something as amazing as that she isn't the best in the medical field.
She's good at medical ninjustu and posions and that's about it.
Tsunade Orochimaru and Kabuto are the ones who dominate the medical field.

Tobirama merely suggested that he use hashirama power to save sasuke since he having lived with him knows about it.
Kabuto has done a lot more with it like giving madara a superior transplant than Danzo.
Tsunade could not have restored his arms, only reopening reaper's belly can do it.
Kabuto doesn't have a convenient summon to do mass healing, but his own skills are on par hers.

I agree, tsunade has proven that she's the best medical ninja way too many ways that it's not debatable , for example rock lee's surgery.

Yea they sure must be on par with her, considering Orochimaru was trying to find Tsunade.

Taking the pain away wouldnt have made it possible for him to do justu so there was no reason he needed to promise he wouldnt attack Konoha.

Orochimaru dominate the medical field (i'll wait for a scan where this is stated)? Do you read the manga or just come up with your own opinions? Tsunade herself takes a huge dump on those 2 as far medical ninja skills go. Tsunade casually replicated Kabuto's technique and used it with her own techniques to heal rock lee. Where did Kabuto do that? nowhere. He isn't near Tsunade. Stop trying to make something that isn't there.

You are not thinking straight, all of them were under the assumption that tsunade can do it, yet none of them had any idea what reaper death seal is, being a secret technique.
We now know that only way to get back the functionality of his arms is to use the mask.
Tsunade can't even heal damage to chakra network, she can't overturn such a powerful sealing.

You are referring to the Rasenshuriken effect, which she said she can't do on others. Which is much more complex than the chakra network.
(unless of course I missed a scan where she did state she can't repair the chakra network. Then my bad)
And Orochimaru didn't assume. He knew. Tsunade also knew it was a seal/curse... yet she didn't say she can't heal it.
Tsunade could do it.....the manga states that over and over. Its called context. However because Orochimaru is evil and Tsunade is a good person she didnt. That is the only reason she didnt restore his arms. Your opinion and underestimation of Tsunade mean nothing. This is not baseless hype as there was no reason to exaggerate her skills, it would have happened had not been for Tsunade's character.
Its OVERLY stated she can. Like throughout that whole arc.
