We all know the true reason people are saying Tsunade cant.

Its simply because it would be mean Tsunade can do something Kabuto and Orochimaru clearly cannot.

I can bring in the argument that Kabuto couldn't heal Orochimaru's arms, but Orochimaru went to Tsunade because she could obviously heal him back to normal, something that Kabuto couldn't do. Hell, Kabuto even acknowledged and praised Tsunade on her prowess in the medical field.

Tsunade also healed Lee even though he had serious injuries and was practically over.

I don't remember saying she had his notes. She had his experiment results aka Yamato. It's not that big of a surprise to make an hashirama arm if Zetsu did it.[

Especially with the intel she got from Shizune and Sakura about the make up of zetsu and Yamato's dna.

Orochimaru and Kabuto are close seconds. They changed the medical game by incorporating more science and completely dumping morals. They are definitely innovators.

Hell Kabuto is a genius, give him a few more years and he'll make Tsunade look like a novice.

Kabuto has Molecular genetics and the Human Genome of shinobi pretty much mastered.

Otherwise him adding all those different cells and DNA into him would have killed him.

That's more on a scientific level akin to Orochimaru. Nothing medical just some sick experiments with DNA
