No summoning Technique has ever being shown to summon souls out of the RDS's belly. So, the only way to get the soul is to cut the RDS's belly and kill yourself too.

If Tsundae could restore souless arms then Kabuto would be able to Edo Tensei the Hokages also without freeing them from the RDS's Belly. Which clearly didn't happen.

Tsunadae's healing power is not negating the RDS's power. Orochimaru went to her to alleviate the Excruciating Pain. That pain was breaking down the Vessel's body. Tsunadae can only stop the pain, not restore the arms.

Yea they sure must be on par with her, considering Orochimaru was trying to find Tsunade.

Tsunade herself takes a huge dump on those 2 as far medical ninja skills go. Tsunade casually replicated Kabuto's technique and used it with her own techniques to heal rock lee. Where did Kabuto do that? nowhere. He isn't near Tsunade. Stop trying to make something that isn't there.

We now know that only way to get back the functionality of his arms is to use the mask.

Tsunade can't even heal damage to chakra network, she can't overturn such a powerful sealing.

You are referring to the Rasenshuriken effect, which she said she can't do on others. Which is much more complex than the chakra network.

Tsunade could do it.....the manga states that over and over. Its called context. However because Orochimaru is evil and Tsunade is a good person she didnt. That is the only reason she didnt restore his arms. Your opinion and underestimation of Tsunade mean nothing.
