Tsunade is Now the Strongest Sannin

Well Orochimaru is trapped in a never ending illusion (permanently sealed away) and Jiraiya is dead. That technically makes the OP right considering the title of the thread. Tsunade is the strongest of the three NOW(for obvious reasons), but BEFORE the deaths of the other two? Let's just say I wouldn't put my money on her if she ever got into a real fight with those two. Also Kishimoto doesn't really know how to write female characters well (it's a fine art, although a difficult one to master).

1. Both the other sannin are dead so yeah she is the strongest...
2. her only attack form is taijutsu punches and if that doesnt work to release her seal which when activated although does give her a power up but once that ends she reverts back to her old age true form and possibly into a coma or death.
3. Her punches are only good if they land a hit, if they manage to block or dodge her attacks then what can she do? nothing.
Im sick of people making these nonsense threads, tsunade isnt a fighter she is a medical ninja so is only an average fighter.

Since the war has begun, Tsunade has really started to show off all that she really has to offer, and I now believe that Tsunade is the strongest Sannin.

She's shown nothing new other then her impressive regeneration, so calling her the strongest sannin is based on what?

Earlier in the mange, Jiraiya admitted that he had only came close to death two times: When Naruto went ape shit on him, and when he crossed Tsunade for being a pervert, this shows that Tsunade could easily defeat Jiraiya if she caught him off guard.

This proves pretty much nothing other then Jiraiya being a pervert who got punched by Tsunade. Naruto gets punched by Sakura all the time, so is he weaker? Hardly.

Tsunade has also been shown to have the upperhand over Orochimaru:

An Orochimaru who was completely sick and couldn't make any use of both his arms. That's hardly what one would call impressive.

I think that in a battle now, Tsunade could defeat Oro, physical attacks won't work, but that's only for a limited time. Oro can only regenerate a few times before he exhausts too much chakra, shown when he fought Naruto in 4 tails mode, after that, he is vulnerable.

Orochimaru took a physical beating from 4 tailede Naruto and got up over and over again thus your argument is invalid. Tsunade isn't beating Orochimaru through physical strength.

Besides what does Tsunade do against edo tensei or Orochimaru's hydra mode?

Tsunade is now fighting an holding her own against Madara, and now with the release of her new technique, she is pretty much unbeatable unitl someone pushes her to the point that her jutsu causes strain to her body, and I doubt Jiraiya or Oro could do that since it has yet to happen with Madara.

Lol no she's not. She has 4 other kages there helping her out. Besides Madara's been toying with them and could kill them anytime he wishes.

One more important statement is that Jiraiya displayed great power before he died, and Oro's power has been displayed throughout. Tsunade is still alive and showing us more tricks up her sleeve, I believe if she did die, she would have more to show, but as of right now, I believe she is the strongest Sannin.

And again based on what? The arguments above don't prove she's the strongest sannin at all.
