Tsunade is Now the Strongest Sannin

TSUNADE is a powerful sannin and yes all sannin are at kage level just need to mentioned that. Secondly tsunade was not at the village due to the fact that she left along time ago thats why she was not asked for the tittle. The villagers knew that tsunade carried a huge grief and pain due to her loss thats why she left and Jirayia was the only sannin available at that time because he did not abandon his country. Jirayia told the two elders if they are so interested in a sannin there is still another. The elders did not criticised her or said she is not capable of the job they actually implied that she has the skills to be the hokage but they dont know where she is.

Tsunade is not just a medical ninja she has stated that in the fight against madara read the manga over its there. Tsunade is a taijutsu expert and she is great at it and am not surprised that she isn't because her sensei is the third hokage and he did a good job training all three. Tsunade is a fighter but her healing came first that dont mean she is not a fighter is her job to heal but she would kick ass if she have to. If she was not a fighter then shikamaru dad would not have stated that tsunade is a powerful kunochi he made that statement because its true. Can tsunade defeat Orichimaru or Jirayia not sure but it would be a great match to see dont underestimate her she can do well even if jirayia is in SM or Orichimaru has is immortality she would still do well but I think Orichimaru and Jirayia would win due to there knowledge and combat skills in ninjutsu. Since the war has begun, Tsunade has really started to show off all that she really has to offer, and I now believe that Tsunade is the strongest Sannin.

Earlier in the mange, Jiraiya admitted that he had only came close to death two times: When Naruto went ape shit on him, and when he crossed Tsunade for being a pervert, this shows that Tsunade could easily defeat Jiraiya if she caught him off guard.

Tsunade has also been shown to have the upperhand over Orochimaru:

I think that in a battle now, Tsunade could defeat Oro, physical attacks won't work, but that's only for a limited time. Oro can only regenerate a few times before he exhausts too much chakra, shown when he fought Naruto in 4 tails mode, after that, he is vulnerable.

Tsunade is now fighting an holding her own against Madara, and now with the release of her new technique, she is pretty much unbeatable unitl someone pushes her to the point that her jutsu causes strain to her body, and I doubt Jiraiya or Oro could do that since it has yet to happen with Madara.

One more important statement is that Jiraiya displayed great power before he died, and Oro's power has been displayed throughout. Tsunade is still alive and showing us more tricks up her sleeve, I believe if she did die, she would have more to show, but as of right now, I believe she is the strongest Sannin.

I would believe it. If she showed anything besides healing techs and tai(with no impressive speed or style, just strength) . That will not win aginst oro or jman. Yes, she can go into that new mode and not be killed, but it has a time limit, Oro and J each have enough long range techs to keep her at bay until the tech wears off, then J goes into sage mode and stomps, and Oro can use hydra, or any of his other crazy techs he has. I really am still waiting on the 5th to show us somthing else.

Smh. It's not a given who is stronger or not. People can harp Oro and J-Man all they want, Tsunade is taking Susanoo swords through the stomach right now. She can't be damaged. She literally can't be harmed right now. Neither J-man nor Oro have shown anything capable of wounding her while she's under this regeneration jutsu. Yet, we've seen Tsunade crack Madara's Susanoo with her strength....if J-man or Oro slips up and lets her connect with one of those punches she'll punch their heart through their backs.

Arguing for Oro is weak. He's the only sannin that didn't show any growth in part 2. And he was sick because of the side effects of his own immortality jutsu. Meaning that's not just him being unhealthy, that's an actual weakness that he would have regardless because he needs the time to find new bodies once his old one wears out. The other Sannin don't have that weakness. Asking how Tsunade is going to stop his Edos is like asking how Oro is going to damage someone that Madaras Susanoo can't even damage. We don't know if it can happen or not so it proves nothing.

J-Man can make a better argument because that sound genjutsu is pretty amazing and seemingly unavoidable unless you plug your ears or something. But again all of that takes extraordinary time and preparation. Which he may or may not get if he fights Tsunade.

Bottom line, J-man and Oro haven't shown anything capable of damaging her, so saying they would beat her isn't fact despite what people will claim. And Tsunade has only shown healing, physical strength, and a slug. So no I can't say she's the strongest sannin either because that isn't proven enough to beat J-Man or Oro.

haha lets begin with jman...caught him off guard? of course she could but that could be said about anyone, sakura could kill kabuto if she caught him off guard, a tracking dog could kill naruto if it caught him off guard, so that statement means nothing. She has power and haling which mean little against jiraya, he would use the same tactic he did with pein to go SM and since she probably has never seen it, she will fall for his genjutsu and be done. Even if he couldnt damage her, just like you said about oro her chakra has its limits so if he continued to hit her with high damage attacks (which given his speed and power in sage mode she couldnt dodge) all she could do is take the hit and heal...which works until she runs out of chakra then his next move kills her.

I wont talk oro because personally i thought him to be overrated myself but even so i see her maybe beating him high diff.

Tsunade greatest strength feat is her picking up gamabuntas giant blade, but using senjutsu a tiny frog picked up a giant statue of comparable size. We've seen naruto's sage mode strength. He used it to pick up giant beast. I'd say on the field of raw strenght there probably the same, but j would smash her hand to hand due to sage mode sensing. I just don't see how in the world she could hit him.

You guys fail to realize that she is much more powerful than all of them, one punch and they are dead. Tsunade can easily handle Oro's Edo Tensei with her amazing strength, plus the Hokage's are sealed, who is he going to use? :shrug:

It takes Jiraiya years to get into sage mode (sarcasm), even though he is good at evasion while doing so, Tsunade could easily beat them, plus her strength is unrivaled even if Jiraiya is in SM

The Hokages were* not the only shinobi that could* be summoned through Edo Tensei if you watched\read the episodes\chapters of this year you would know this haha. And Jiraiya's SM taijutsu is actually better than Tsunade's, Naruto's SM taijutsu is better too.

Tsunade < Orochimaru, he could've* summoned past elite shinobi & kages to jump her, sit back somewhere, & laughed his ass off.

Tsunade < Jiraiya, If he was able to activate SM with all 6 Paths trying to kill him he most definately would've gotten it off against Tsunade, once activated the PWNage would've began. Tsunade has hella power, but no speed. Jiraiya *would've been too quick for her & let alone in SM he's stronger than her.
