Edo tensei needs prep time once and never again.. Orochimaru already has the bodies for his edos.. now all he needs is to clap his hand and they are summoned..

Similar to how a ninja needs to get a contract first, and then that's the last prep they'll ever need to summon

Wrong.. It needs prep time every time you try to use it. ^_^. If Kabuto wants to use it hes gonna have to go through the whole prep time again. ^_^. same for Oro. ;]
