I just came here to exert some negativity upon the OP. Not like I care anyways but you are fully fanboying it right now. You're only saying this truck load of crap because she is a Senju descendant. This is a theory based on nothing but mere fanboyism. This sickens me to no end. Whats the point in comparing base Tsunade to base Jiraiya? Jiraiya went further in his training and achieved a way better mode for fighting straight ahead, Tsunade specialized in Medical jutsu and chakra manipulation to boost her phisical strength, but not her way of fighting. The fact is Tsunade wont be able to keep with an SM jiraiya because his base form its her ultimate(not counting Byakugou since its a last ressort) and Jiraiya SM is just for fighting. Tsunade's only option is too beat Jiraiya before SM and Jiraiya with just ninjutsu could keep her in the long distance. Taijutsu wise any SM > Tsunades Taijutsu. And Oro is beyond them both, i think his only weakness is what he desires the most, the Sharingan.

Jiraiya is still a powerful opponent even w/o Sage Mode, as he still has his various Toad summons, combo jutsu w/ Toad summonings.

But you are underestimating her strength.. Jiraya has mentioned it couple of times he has come close to "death" due to tsunade's punches.

Tsunade won't be able to keep up with SM?. hmm SM puts Jiraya at the level of Tsunade in Taijutsu. Byakugou is not really a last resort mate. Byakugou was developed by Tsunade for fighting. ;D.

Also, underestimating Medical ninjutsu are we.. Has the capability of 1 Hit K.O to Oro and Jiraya. And which of their techs can do that?

And Oro always uses Sage chakra.. And even in when they became the 3 sanins.. Tsunade was the famous one

1. Orochimaru's eyes have been like that since his childhood, which was before he acquired Senjutsu chakra. He only uses Senjutsu chakra for giving others the curse mark.

2. Sage chakra only increases power when you use it to enter Sage Mode or if your in Juugo's clan, it gives you the Sennin Transformation, Sage Chakra was never said to increase your power any other way.

Orochimaru had those eyes as a child, did not train in Ryuchi Cave till he was an adult.
He only uses Sage Chakra when dealing with curse marks

Yea i messed up on the Eyes. I just looked at Kabuto's Flashback he had those eyes there to. So sorry about that.

I would never take Jiraiya's quote seriously because as they were friends, there is no intention nor mindset of a serious fight, therefore no Jiraiya trying to counter. Its not the same to take a clear punch than recieving one while trying to avoid, the impact is different.

You overestimate Tsunade's Taijutsu, she has power, but not exactly a good Taijutsu technique. Sage Mode boosts Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Strenght, Speed and Perception/Reaction. Tsunade's option go down the drain if Jiraiya achieves this, plus having MA and PA its an advantage that puts Tsunade against the wall.

Orochimaru i wont discuss, because despite i dont like the guy at all, to me is above them in almost everything, Knowledge, Endurance, Ninjutsu, Versatility, Kinjutsu and Genjutsu. Oro's only weakness will always be the Sharingan/Uchiha.
