anyone who thinks Tsunade is weak is foolin themselves. She's one of the strongest female characters on the show(next to hinata). Sure, other than her fight against Orochimaru, she hasn't had much time to shine, but she's still one of the best. You have to admit that she was the one of the first kages who actually had the balls to stand up to madara. In addition, she's the first one to actually HIT MADARA! Now, as for Sakura... She's pretty weak. Not as weak as Ino, but pretty useless to her team mates.
