tsunade and sakura are weak

This is complete and utter nonsense. Wow.

Tsunade is just a Hokage. And a Sannin. And her stats in the data book are amongst the highest. She protected the entire village with her summons and chakra when Pein attacked. Not to mention the fact that she has inhuman strength and can heal injuries better than anyone else in the Shinobi world.

Sakura is a teenager, and is improving her skills as time goes by. She started out as one of the weakest characters in the series and her best skill was crying. Now she is taking out Zetsu clones with one hand and helping run the medical division with Shizune (who is also NOT weak). And she is just going to get better as she hones her skills. After all, she is Tsunade's apprentice.

How can you say they are weak? I know they are not as flashy with their power as Naruto or Sasuke, or that they are even on the same level as them, but they are certainly not weak.

Tsunade is far from weak. A "delayed" arrival(as you see it) does NOT make someone weak. A kage level ninja that can heal herself AND is strong enough to one hit KO someone is far, FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from weak.

Sakura, also a good healer, he isnt physically weak but she is mentally and emotionally. Her emotions always lead to her making bad decisions(sasuke nearly carving her face off, her nearly getting mauled by zetsu's). Shes good vs opponents that she has no ties to like vs Sasori and.......um.......yeah. But once faced against someone she has emotional ties to, she's virtually useless
