Tsukuyomi is not unique to Itachi

Madara named the Moon's Eye Plan technique Infinite Tsukuyomi even before Itachi was born. Therefore Tsukuyomi cannot be unique to Itachi since Madara's great genjutsu is based off of the same name.

Also, because Madara named the tech and he was the first users of MS, there is a good chance that he may have been able to use Tsukuyomi( after all, where else could he have come up with the name?).

Itachi: genjutsu specialist= time shifting tsukuyomi
Madara however has probably mastered all three jutsu whether through acquisition of EMS or years of experience

Further proof that the Uchiha powerful chakra allow them to manipulate their abilities more freely is seen in Rinbo Hengoku: freestyle gravity control (a technique that Nagato couldn't do.)

It was said that susanoo need tskoyomi and amaterasu to use it. So basically or probably madara has it. Maybe not strong enough or maybe stronger thab itachi who knows, but still they both worth it for that power.

Its not really restrictive any Uchiha can gain greater control over their techniques. All they need is know how. Theoretically even Sasuke could reach Itachi's level of genjutsu if his chakra is powerful enough (Which it is) and the know how

What you just told me is total assumption.

Madara without God Tree cannot ever perform a more powerful Tsukuyomi than Itachi.

Uchiha seem to have unique strengths in their MS Abilities.

Sasuke - Amaterasu

Itachi - Tsukuyomi

Obito - Kumai

Madara - Susano'o

You can't say Madara will ever be better than Itachi at Genjutsu.

I think all ms genjutsu is essentially tsukuyomi. Itachi's just able to manipulate time in his, the same way sasuke's the only person able to change the shape of his amaterasu.

Madara named the tech Infinite Tsukuyomi because the technique Tsukuyomi existed at the time. Itachi wasn't even born at the time.

So logically, someone else other than Itachi was able to use it.
