Which do you think is powerful? Why?
Also when two users, say Kakashi[dont decide on stamina or chakra levels] and Itachi face each other in battle and both decide to use these at same time, which will win?
^ I think Tsukiyomi is superior to Kamui, since Tsukiyomi uses visual contact then produces the effect immediately. Also the downside is no visual contact, no effect...

In a face off itachi would win if he uses Tsukuyomi but I think that kamui is more dangerous because if someone uses tsukuyomi on you, you still have a chance to survive if you get caught with kamui you're fucked.

In the situation you posted, it's Tsukyomi simply because Kakashi will be under the genjutsu before he can even use Kamui. Which is what you said already. I don't think anyone is going to say Kamui win.

depends really. if your a uchia you can get out of Tsukuyomi right? with kamui not to mention kakashi can have kamui already in prep time aiming at itachi;s head and make it disapear instantly. im going with kamui if its already in prep time state

lol, Kamui is not a 1 hit kill, Deidara proved that, and Kamuing objects is way easier than kamuing a rival shinobi, Kamui sux seeing as Kakshi has killed more ppl with Chidori, Chidori is more Dangerous

huh? how is it not 1 hit kill? kamui someone's head off or body and its 1 hit kill?
deirdara got his arm kamuied ofc thats not a 1 hit kill move.

If you know the weaknesses of both. Ie - not looking into their eyes with Tsukiyomi, and movement with Kamui (if my understanding is correct) then I'd say Kamui wins, with patience and skillful placement you can get lucky. But if someone is trained to avoid eye contact like Guy by staring at your feet (which actually works very well to track someone in a fight, and is one of the best ways to keep up with someone who is trying to make a cut to get away from you in sports) then I think Kamui can be devastating.

If you were to pit Tsukiyomi and Kamui in a fight directly - Kakashi vs Itachi each knowing the other's weakness, then Kamui can be effective, while Tsukiyomi may never get to be activated without eye contact. Yes I do realize other factors like clones and substitution would wear out the user, but in a vacuum I prefer Kamui.

1. yet to kill anyone doesnt mean it cant because we havent seen him use it alot maybe 5 times or less?

2. he can kamui someone's head off? he was able to kamui a a nail going at the speed of a bullet from deva pain, he kamuied a fast moving rocket from asura pain? he kamuied sasuke's sussano arrow?

give kakashi a few more years of using kamui it would be more deadly.

In order to use both doujutsu's the user has to look at their opponent.
If a kamui user looks at their opponent and a tsukuyomi user gains eye contact whilst a kamui user is looking at them, then tsukuyomi which takes a second would rape before a kamui user can teleport a tsukuyomi user

^^ Think about Kakashi vs Pain where Pain threw a needle to Kakashi's head and he used kamui to escape... Even Pain had hard time noticeing.. which means the speed to use Kamui has increased for Kakashi...
