Hmmm, I still think Jiraiya and Oro are still above Kakashi and Guy.
Jiraiya was a powerhouse, and had a whole bunch of jutsus as well as sage mode. His stamina is way up there. Whenever I think of Kakshi, I can't think of him as a powerhouse because he has such low stamina. Gai will probably be a better matchup against Jiraiya.
Orochimaru is probably one of the most badass villians ever. I can't see either Kakashi or Guy taking him out. His durability is way too insane. Also, he knows so many jutsus that I think he has one to counter all of Gai's taijutsu. Kakashi is a better matchup against Oro, but I think Oro's summons and experience will take the cake.
Both Kakashi and Guy beat Tsunade on a 1v1.

But you can't rate Kakashi and Gai together, because without Gai, Kakashi could not handle the Six Paths.

i can say gai and kakashi has surpassed tsunade and oro but not really jiraiya.
To be honest I wouldn't say that he has surpassed Jiraiya or Oro
Jiraiya could possibly fight on par with both Kakashi and Gai probably by enterting sage mode and also using summoning Jutsu.
The speed and reflexes he could gain via Sage Mode would equal that of Gai's and also having the ability use Jutsu better than Gai would put them on equal terms, the same goes for Kakashi (The only thing Kakashi has over Jiraiya is the fact he can use Mangekyo Sharingan but because of Jiraiya's speed I dont think he could land a hit with it)

Don't have to read what's in the 'show' bit, just an earlier post of mine because people are pick on Tsunade again xD
So, I have just re-posted my post from last night because people are bringing up Tsunade again...
Do I think either Gai or Kakashi can beat her, yeh, I like to think so. Does this then make them sannin level? NO! She is a medi-in, she has her healing abilities at a sannin level, not her taijutsu and ninjutsu (well maybe, I dunno haha), this is why she got her title along side Oro and J-man, because they were a 3 man cell and she was healing their asses so that their fight lasted a while!
So because she pretty much got beat by Kabuto in P1, you know just before she became hokage, did this make Kabuto at sannin or 'just below' kage level? No! It's not who the person can beat, its's their abilities and then the level of which they can use them efficiently.
Think I went overboard and repeated my point.. Again haha xD But I hope it helped.
P.S I seriously do think that Oro and J-man are way too versatile and experienced for either of the two to handle... Especially Oro, his weakness was his body.
In my opinion I don't think any of them are quite at sannin level. They are close, but just not quite. People are saying they can take out Tsunade, well to be honest she is a medi-nin. They were a 3 man cell in the war when Hanzo gave them the title "Sannin", she was given the title through the acknowledgement of her healing abilities and unrivalled strength, Now she is even hokage!
Sure she doesn't have an array of jutsu as as her fellow sannin's but like I said she is known for her healing aspects, so even if she were to be defeated by Kakashi or Gai, I still don't think they are on sannin level for taking out a 'medi-nin' at sannin level.

kakashi is so underrated he's worked under the 4th hokage and copy's techiques. has rasengan and the eight gates mastered all elements and has mangekyou.

Ok, so I am guessing that you made an error at the end there, and well I think it was meant to be like this...

Now to reply to that statement...
WTF!!!!! As of now? You know two of them are dead right? Ok just checking, and if Tsunade makes it out of this war she is going to have even more hype towards her along with a jutsu no-one else has that allows her no to die... She has probably reached her limits and probably won't get any better, however I think they are all like 20 - 25 years older then them, so hey have plenty time to catch up...
