It was meant for the boruto movie,to make his statement accurate,what did kishi do? he nerfed naruto so hard he made base naruto so weak that chunin lee showed better taijutsu and speed,while sasuke got a new portal and his taijutsu, speed,strength,were improved to be on par with naruto using kurama chakra. Naruto portrayal is annoying,normally base naruto and sasuke are supposed to be equals but now naruto is an advanced fodder without relying on kurama chakra or rsm,thanks to kishi. The only new naruto feat is that he has a new chakra mode.

He's talking about their full power, why are we arguing about this ? Indra and Ashura had equal halves of his power, Hago gave Naruto and Sasuke equal halves of his chakra therefore they continue to have equal amounts of power.

Neither of them used Hagoromo's abilities in the Last because both of them were strong enough to not rely on it against anyone weaker than Kaguya.

Amaterasu is fast but its not lightning, if it was there would be no way to dodge it and I'm pretty sure no one can do much within a window of time that is so small.
