Sasuke can steal techniques, copy techniques, & make some up if he want's but the anime is called Naruto not Sasuke so the main guy get's the glory unfortunately.
I've been hated for this but i'll say it on NB. The creators of these shows have a responsibility to the fans when they do this kinda work. They can't have people beating up or killing each other over these characters on their conscious and still create. That's why when there are characters like Naruto/Sasuke or Goku/Vegeta, the creators say their equal so they can keep their imagination going an not have idiot's fighting & killing over drawings.
These creators say one thing, then show you/us the differ in their work.

Well he's not lying, Sasuke's dojutsu gives him the potential to master any jutsu he likes, Jiraiya claimed the Sage's power to grant the ability to invent and master any technique while Orochimaru wanted Sasuke's eyes to fulfill his ambition of learning every jutsu in NV. Sasuke can master any technique except for KKG and that's only because he doesn't have JuubiJin's body.This is some stupid shit.
